Traditional economic system: It is one of the oldest economic system which focuses on culture, beliefs and values, etc. There is not specific process of resource allocation, so at the time of allocating resources this economic system takes lots of time. So, it is less profitable for an organization as compare to other economic system (Wang, Mora, and Raisinghani, 2015).

Market economic system: It is based on demand and supply of goods and services of the organization. In this system resources are allocated on the basis of demand and supply and price of goods and services. 
