Espresso Espresso is coffee prepared by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through finely ground coffee beans. PREPERATION • Heat up the water. Heat some water to 185 degrees F (85 C), removing for 30 seconds after for roughly the ideal temperature. • Grind your coffee beans. • Set up the Aeropress • Fill the Aeropress with the coffee grounds. • Stir and steep. • Plunge. • Serve your espresso. Espresso Macchiato Caffè macchiato sometimes called espresso macchiato, is an espresso coffee drink with a small amount of milk, usually foamed. Café Latte A latte is a coffee drink made with espresso and steamed milk. The term as used in English is a shortened form of the Italian caffè latte, caffelatte or caffellatte, which means "milk coffee".
