Fuelling Kindness is employee acts of generosity including community volunteerism such as tree planting, building community gardens, helping families in need, United Way giving and random acts of kindness. #FuellingKindness is part of who we are at Shell, and volunteering is part of our core values. In the last six years, Shell people have contributed over 235,000 hours to 1,300 organizations. These organizations have benefitted from $480K in donations through our Fuelling Kindness Grant program.
