Colombia es reconocido como líder de interoperabilidad en las ventanillas únicas en Latinoamérica y el Caribe, gracias a la “Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior (VUCE)”, herramienta que facilita el comercio exterior del país, intercambiando información de 21 entidades del Estado, canalizando trámites de comercio de más de 60.000 usuarios y convirtiéndose en el primer referente de interoperabilidad entre naciones de Latinoamérica en el marco de los acuerdos comerciales como en la Alianza del Pacífico.

En tendencias de marketing y publicidad, Latinoamérica está por detrás de países como Reino Unido o Estados Unidos, asegura Juan González, CEO de Grupo M Miami. “La región se ha transformado. Los profesionales aprendieron a diversificar el contenido y utilizar los datos para conocer al consumidor, contactarlo, ofrecerle publicidad efectiva y mejorar su experiencia”, detalla el especialista, quien apuesta a que en no más de un año será posible ver a un mayor número de firmas en México, Argentina y Colombia –los países más importantes de Latinoamérica para el sector– combinar tecnología y data en beneficio de los usuarios.

Las tendencias digitales obligan actualmente a los usuarios a adaptarse a nuevos formatos para ver más contenido en la web.
