Station Post Insulators Victor manufactures station post insulators for application through 1800 kV BIL. Certain special designs are intended for use by Original Equipment Manufacturers and may be viewed on a related page. Others are intended for replacement of cap and pin insulators and are also presented separately. Products listed below conform to ANSI Standard C29.9. They are arranged by voltage class and TR Number. Drawings are available for download. In addition to these standard ANSI designs Victor supplies many other station posts, too many to be listed separately. High Voltage Station Posts (115 kV to 230 kV) Victor high voltage station posts are manufactured as permanently pre assembled one piece designs. This ensures proper alignment and reduces the cost of installation. Victor is the only domestic supplier to provide this full range service.

Extra High Voltage Station Posts (345 kV through 500 kV) Victor Insulators is the only domestic manufacturer who supplies 345 kV insulators as permanently pre assembled one piece units, and 500 kV stacks as 2 piece units. These insulators significantly reduce the cost of installation.
