Aspen Lake Launches NFT Private Luxury Club
Aspen Lakes, located in Sisters, Oregon, announced the launch of the world’s first membership to the golf and destination club as an NFT, allowing the purchase of exclusive memberships on the blockchain as an NFT, with Ethereum’s equivalent to $15,000.

“NFT memberships function the same as traditional old-world models but without the dated processes, computer records and archaic stacks of paper. Using an NFT model, we have an opportunity to switch the narrative — that lumps crypto into the casino side of the industry — and bridge the gap between cryptocurrency and real-life hospitality experiences,” said Cindy Wyant, CEO, RHUE Resorts. “Being the first company to offer an NFT membership of this kind, Aspen Lakes is able to offer a truly unique and fulfilling experience. Our members are in control of their memberships, not us. They can buy or sell at any time without consequence.”
Using NFT, Aspen Lakes, part of RHUE Resorts, grants lifetime membership, giving NFT owners the chance to experience the luxury and tangible value of their cryptocurrency holdings. The NFT model for Founding Family memberships provides access to amenities like its world-class, 18-hole golf course; no annual recurring dues; little to no application process or fees; transferability with ease; and premier access to future RHUE Resorts real estate developments.

EYOS Partners with Ocean Conservation Foundation
EYOS and Ocean Conservation Exploration and Education Foundation, two of the world’s leaders in ocean exploration, joined forces to embark on important citizen science missions and to push the boundaries of underwater research and conservation. The partnership sets data-collecting missions aboard OCEEF’s 5-star research yacht, RV Odyssey.
The yacht will circumnavigate the world with missions in the Chagos Archipelago, the Galápagos, Antarctica and other remote destinations, exploring aquatic ecosystems alongside top scientists, explorers, educators and students.
“Working with OCEEF in this way is a natural complement to EYOS’ last few years leading and managing the Five Deeps and Ring of Fire expeditions that drove the Challenger Deep and previously unseen deep-sea environments,” said Rob McCallum, founding partner, EYOS. “Odyssey represents the new frontier of expedition travel, mixing cutting-edge science with adventure travel and expedition cruising. The opportunity and potential for further discovery with this vessel’s program is immense, and it will be tremendously exciting for all those fortunate enough to be on board.”
OCEEF invites travelers to support its missions in Antarctica this winter season by traveling aboard RVOdyssey for the most memorable and exclusive experience, providing a firsthand look at the research participants help support. With a taxdeductible donation of $150,000, donors and their family or friends can join the crew on board.

Orient Express Reveals Future Train
Orient Express reimagines its original train by reviving forgotten carriages and bringing them back into service, keeping 1920s-inspired designs with details of contemporary luxury. First used 140 years ago, these carriages hold decades of stories and memories. Accor revealed the first images of the future Orient Express train as well as details about its operation once launched in 2025.
The future Bar Car will feature a glass counter, a clock at each table that rings out cocktail and dinner times, and a call button reserved exclusively for Champagne service. In the Dining Car, architect Maxime d’Angeac revisits the motifs of the original Orient Express with partitions separating dining spaces, a mirrored ceiling crossed by a series of arches, and tables and wraparound armchairs, all lit by lamps with original-style shades.
In the suites, comfort and function prevail with rounded corners, wood- and leather-covered partitions and bed headboards boasting “embroidery” of wood, mother of pearl and bronze. The famous Lalique “Blackbirds & Grapes” panels from the historic train are displayed in the suites. In addition to large sofas and beds, suites include a bathroom and dressing room.
