Rogers Any Blackberry Phone Unlock Instructions These instructions will work on all Rogers Blackberry phone, including Blackberry 210, 6280, 6710, 7100r, 7130g, 7280, 8100, 8300, 8700r, Curve 8520, Bold 9700, 7780, 8110, 8100, 8800, 8320, Pearl 3G 9100, 8310, 8820, 8120, Bold 9000, 8220 Pearl Flip. Blackberry 8300, 8310, 8320, 8700c, 8700r, 8700f, 8700g, 8707g, 8707h, 8707v, 8800, 8820, 9000 Bold, Storm or Curve 1. You must have an original SIM card in your phone to complete these steps (can be active or inactive with the network) 2. Goto Setting Menu 3. Goto Options Menu 4. Go to advanced options 5. Go to sim card 6. Type MEPD using your Blackberry keyboard (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing MEPD) 7. Type MEP[Alt + 2] ( M E P, Then type Alt key, then 2 ) 8. You should be presented with a prompt "Enter Network MEP Code". Type in the 16 or 8 digit unlock code 9. Your phone is now unlocked Blackberry 8100, 8110, 8120, 8220 Pearl 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.

Insert SIM into device Power phone on and Turn off the radio (Turn Wireless Off option) VERY IMPORTANT. Select "Options" THEN SELECT ADVANCED OPTIONS Scroll down and select "SIM Card" Type "MEPPD" (please note that you will not see what you type on the screen) Type "MEPP then [ALT BUTTON] then "2" (please note that you will not see what you type on the screen) 7. You should be presented with a prompt "Enter Network MEP Code". 8. Type in the 16 or 8 digit unlock code 9. Once complete, make sure # is correct and hit 'Enter' or 'Return' 10. Reboot device. Device is now unlocked. Blackberry 9700 BOLD, Blackberry 9700 Bold 2 Short Method 1. Insert a not allowed SIM card 2. Message, "SIM card not found" would appear on the screen 3. Press on Close button


4. click on OK 5. Click on Yes button 6. The prompt to Enter MEP Code would appear 7. Enter the 8 or 16 MEP Code 8. Your phone is now unlocked Long-way Method: 1. Insert ANY SIM card (can be active or inactive) 2. Go to Settings Menu 3. Go to Options 4. Go to Advanced Options 5. Go to SIM card 6. Type MEPD using your Blackberry keyboard (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing MEPD) 7. Type MEP[Alt + 2] ( M E P, Then type Alt key, then 2 ) 8. You should be presented with a prompt "Enter Network MEP Code". Type in the 16 or 8 digit unlock code 9. Your phone is now unlocked Blackberry 6210, 6280, 6710, 7100r, 7130g, 7280. 1. Select Options menu on BB. 2. Now you select SIM CARD menu. To be able to see this you have to type this on the keypad on phone : (TEXT WILL NOT APPEAR ON THE SCREEN until you enter the unlock code) 3. Type 'MEPD' for all models except 7100 in which case in case use 'MEPPD'. 4. Usually you should see "active" NET lock. Now in order to disable this lock type 'MEP2' respectively 'MEPP2' if phone is 7100 and will appear a dialog asking for code. NOTE: You must use the "alt" or "shift" key to enable numbers so example would be: m-e-p-"alt key"-2. 5. Now you should see the place to enter your net unlock code. (if not, you didn't type in mep2 or mepp2 properly.) 6. Here you must enter the "NEC Unlock Code" that the bb unlocker showed you and hit return.
