Lemon Gin Fizz Cocktail
Ingredients: Ice
2 ounces dry gin
4 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
Simple syrup (to taste)
Club soda
Lemon slices (for garnish) Mint sprigs (for garnish)
Fill your glasses with ice - about 2/3rds full. Pour the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into the glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint.

FLORAL DESIGN TIPS
Keep it simple. Choose just 3-5 flower types in a variety of sizes and shapes. Less is more, but a mixture of textures is key.
Consider the color wheel. Monochromatic or analogous arrangements are always beautiful and foolproof. For something more colorful, we love a split-complementary color scheme which tends to feel more natural and nuanced.
Tidy up. Give all stems a fresh cut and remove any foliage that will sit below the waterline in your vase. For longer lasting arrangements, change water out daily to ensure flowers will remain their freshest.

Ann Gish was a celebrated home textile designer, credited with bringing both elegance and livability to the home. Founded in 1991, her eponymous company brought washable silk to the bedding market. In 2015, she launched her first product collaboration, a line of furniture with Global Views. Ann Gish Luxury Linens is the home textile licensee for The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Ann passed away in 2019 and the company is now run by her husband David and her daughter Jane.

Maintain negative space. It’s important to give the eye small moments of rest, so be sure to leave an occasional break in between pieces and a small border of blank space around each shelf.
Finishing touches. Breathe character and personality into the shelves. Books and photos lend personal warmth while plants and other natural elements can also bring the shelves to life.
SHELF STYLING 101
Crisscrossing is key. Arrange largest items first, placing pieces that are similar in color and/or scale on opposite sides of each shelf. Spreading the visual weight this way maintains balance and keeps the eye moving in a pleasant way.
Create layers. Next add in smaller pieces by layering them in front of, behind, or on top of the larger items, keeping in mind the crisscrossing of colors and textures. This will add visual interest and depth.

Radicchio and Herb Tropical Salad
Ingredients:

Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)

Dill Sprigs

Thyme Sprigs
Lemon Vinaigrette:
Whisk together juice from 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, and salt/pepper to taste. Drizzle on top of salad ingredients and toss before serving.
