Create Milestones not Resolutions- Scott Speight

New Year’s Day is right around the corner and for many this means a fresh start, new opportunities, excitement, celebration and even the oftentimes dreaded New Year’s resolutions. I say dreaded because I feel many create resolutions out of an obligation in hopes something in the New Year will be different. It has been said most people break their resolutions within the first two weeks of the year, which leaves them feeling like the rest of the year will be no different than the last.
