ECLIPSE allows to create folding door and window in wood, clad (wood-aluminum) or wood-bronze and aluminum, making it an added value for each house.
The window can be flat, rounded or angular; in the latter case without need for a column in the middle.

ECLIPSE allows to create folding doors and windows that can reach 16 meters in width and 3 or 4 meters in height, depending on the type of system selected. ECLIPSE System provides the window opening is to both outward or inward, to resolve all need of space. In wood, wood-aluminum, or wood-bronze. Any combination is possible: ECLIPSE system is the most versatile system.
FEATURES Completeness of the system Provides all the necessary elements for the construction of the window: the upper track, the lower track or the sill, hinges, carrier, dropbolt, seals and lock with cylinder. ECLIPSE, never been easier.
Easy construction of the frame and the panels Panels all the same, smooth, without rebate. Frame and the bottom frame of easy construction. The accessories are all applied in support. The only milled from build on the panels are for the housing upper and lower dropbolts and seals. ECLIPSE, never been easier.
Adjusting to window installed ECLIPSE allows to adjust the window when the window is installed, without remove the panels. The vertical adjustment occurs when the window is mounted, acting on the lower carriers; while the lateral adjustmente occurs on the hinge side of the frame.

ECLIPSE SYSTEMS System for folding doors and windows
LINEAR WINDOWS Can make window wide up to 16 meters, with a 16 total panels, for up to 8 panels for side, opening outward or inward. Any combination is possible, such as: 4 left panels, or 5 right panels, 8 left panels, or 3 left panel + 8 right panels, or 1 left panel + 5 right panels, etc. ECLIPSE, never been easier.
CURVED WINDOWS Can make curved windows,opening outward or inward. The only important element to be considerer is the measurement of the radius, that should not be less than 4 meters. The upper and the lower tracks are curved to measure. Although it is curved, the window does not change: the panels are all square, smooth, withouth rebated, and all the same, just as linear window. ECLIPSE, never been easier.
WINDOWS AT AN ANGLE Can create two windows to close two side of a room, without the need of a column in the corner. The windows are all the same, with the only except that the last leaf of each side will present the rebate to facilitate the closing of the window. ECLIPSE, never been easier.
SHUTTER OR INTERNAL PARTITIONS The ECLIPSE System allows to create even shutters, or internal partitions. These shutters can be installed even in the presence of a window existing sliding doors, thus providing the darkening function. ECLIPSE, never been easier.
ECLIPSE SYSTEMS Features - The lower tracks
All ECLIPSE System are composed of identical elements, which differ only depending on the flow rates of the different systems. At the bottom ECLIPSE Systems can provide for the application of a track as exemplified in the figures below.
Bottom track into the floor The bottom track can be completely embedded in the floor, resulting in a window with a flat base and absolutely not cumbersome. Ideal for close porches, conservatories or other environments that do not require specific performance of resistance to weathering.
Bottom track encased in a wooden bottom frame In case of a window opening to the outside, the bottom track can be encased into a wooden bottom frame, resulting in a window with a bottom internal rebate that allows excellent performance of resistance to agents atmospheric.
Bottom track encased in a wooden bottom frame In case of window opening to the inside, the bottom track can be encased in a woodden bottom frame, resulting in a window with a external bottom rebate that allows excellent performance of resistance to agents atmospheric.
Bottom track encased in a concrete ramp In a particular situation such as a garae, where there is not require performance of resistance to weathering, the bottom track can be encased directly in the floor with a ramp.
ECLIPSE SYSTEMS Features - The sill
All ECLIPSE System are composed of identical elements, which differ only depending on the flow rates of the different systems. At the bottom ECLIPSE Systems can provide for the application of a sill as exemplified in the figures below.
Aluminum sill for outward opening In this case there is a window with outward opening. The sill is applied to a wooden bottom frame with internal rebate. The minimum height recommended for optimal performance of resistance to agents atmospheric is 25 mm.
Aluminum sill for outward opening with small size In case of window opening outward, the sill can be applied in wooden bottom frame, always with a internal rebate. If, howewer, has required a shift in a compact size, the internal bottom rebate may be reduced a minimun height of 15 mm.
Aluminum sill for outward opening - Winter Garden Applications In this case there is a presence of a window with outward opening, which does not require special performance of resistance to weathering. Therefore, it is possible to apply the sill in a wooden bottom frame, withouth rebate.
For the lateral extremities of the sill are set plastic end caps, if you do not provide wooden claps.

ECLIPSE E2i
ECLIPSE E2i is the system designed for internal partitions in light wood, without glass. Usually this solution is adopted in case of restructuring a house in which it is not possible to insert in the flor the bottom track.
ECLIPSE E2i in fact allows to make an internal partitions by the light weight, not involving any bottom track and therefore any operation to break the floor existing.
Also in this case, the weight of the panel should not exceed 40 kg,: the panle can reach 3 meters in height and 1 meter in width. The panel thickness can be from 35 to 85 mm.

RESISTANCE TO ATMOSPHERIC AGENTS Significant results of water resistance is can obtain both the outward and inward opening. Thanks to equal and smooth shape of the panels and to seals that work under pressure, can achieve excellent results of air and wind resistance.
ADJUSTMENT The vertical adjustment occurs when the window is mounted. It acts on the top carriers, as evidenced in the figure below.
PROVEN PERFORMANCE Manufactured in the highest grade of stainless steel, brass, aluminum and plastic elements of high quality, all components of E2i System were subjected to stringet laboratory test, including testing of cyclic operation (achieved 50.000 cycles), corrosion, structural capacity and comprehensive analysis of all elements. The lateral adjustament occurs acting on the pivot hinge in the frame.
EASY INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT The installation and the assembley could not be more easier: all hardware is applied in support to the window. This innovative hinge system allows so to make panel with the same size, with a flat profile, and without rebate.
ECLIPSE E2i Technical Details
To one side is shown the development of a window, for example, with 4 panels all on one side.
Providing all the same panels, the folding window created with ECLIPSE E2 System must be constructed in accordance with the gaps indicated in Figure 1. Among the frame tothe first panel the gap must be 7 mm Among panel to panel the gap must be 4 mm. Fig. 1
In the Figure 2 we can see that, once closed the window, observed gap in the construction of the frame allows the ermetic closing of the panel, thanks to seals that act under pressure. It should be noted that the gap between the leaves is given automatically by hinges, which have a thickness of 4 mm. Fig. 2
