CONCEALED HINGES FOR INTERNAL AND ENTRANCE DOORS The CDS concealed hinges are an high quality and innovative product. They are for internal or entrance flush doors. In fact, they are a major technological innovation, because they combine high quality materials, optimal functionality and aesthetics, satisfying every need.
Reduced bodies mantain unchanged the hinges functionality, also if are used on doors of heavy weight. All the forces acting on the driving kinematics converge on the horizontal axes, failing to ensure maximum reliability. The four-arm junction, which marks all hinges CDS, interlocking works. In this way excludes the warpage or deflection of the hinge.
The movement of the CDS hinges seems almost a work of art. It's a sophisticated system of controlled movement and by default forces that occur during the opening and closing of each door. Durability, functionality and aesthetics, all in one hinge.

A complete range absolutely and by far the largest in the world market. From a 40 kg load capacity per pair to a 300 kg load capacity per pair, the PIVOTA DX hinges represent the ideal solution for every need. Adjustable on three axes and ambidextrous, the PIVOTA DX are certified for 200,000 cycles of opening and closing, are certified to class 4 for anti-corrosion and some models are certified for fire-resistance.
