Indianapolis’ Popular Gluten Free Living Now Expo Set to Return on October 5, 2013 The Midwest’s Fastest Growing Gluten Free Expo Brings Hundreds of Vendors, Expert Speakers and Cooking Demos to Educate the Celiac Community July 1, 2013- Indianapolis metro; After two successful years and a high demand from the community, Gluten Free Living Now is proud to announce their 3rd annual Expo set to be held on Saturday, October 5th, 2013 from 10am-6pm at the Fountains in Carmel located at 502 East Carmel Drive Carmel, IN 46032. Over 5,000 attendees from all over the country came to experience last year’s expo thrown by the non-profit group, Gluten Free Living Now, the organization that strives to enhance the lives of those affected by Celiac Disease. The Expo is the prime destination for Hoosiers to sample new foods and witness innovative cooking methods in the gluten free world along with hear top industry professionals speak on the latest research and ways to successfully master this previously challenging lifestyle. The Kid’s Corner will allow children to play and safely snack on gluten free food while parents enjoy the Beer Garden.
