New York Sour

Ingredients

• 2 OUNCES BOURBON

• 1 OUNCE FRESH LEMON JUICE

• 3/4 OUNCE SIMPLE SYRUP

• 1 OUNCE MALBEC

Instruction

1. Add whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice.

2. Shake hard until well-chilled.

3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

4. Slowly pour the red wine over the back of a bar spoon so that the wine floats on top of the drink.
