Perthshire Summer Garden
This cocktail is a delightfully Scottish twist on the classic Gin Bramble; the quantities of sugar & lime can be adjusted to perfectly suit your tastes!
INGREDIENTS • 2 parts Edinburgh Gin • 1 part Raspberry Edinburgh Gin • 1 tsp caster sugar • Juice of half a lime • Crushed ice • Fresh raspberries
METHOD 1. Muddle the lime juice, sugar & half of the fresh raspberries in a glass 2. Top halfway with ice, add more raspberries, Edinburgh Gin & Raspberry Edinburgh Gin 3. Top up the glass with ice, garnish with a couple of raspberries plus a little lime zest & enjoy!

Edinburgh Elderflower Orchard
A simple cocktail can easily be rustled up in pitchers for lazy, hazy summer sipping.
INGREDIENTS • 1 part Edinburgh Gin • 2 parts Elderflower Edinburgh Gin • Cloudy apple juice • Fresh lime • Apple, to garnish • Ice
METHOD 1. Add the Edinburgh Gin & Elderflower Edinburgh Gin to a glass (jar or pitcher!) 2. Top up with ice and the cloudy apple juice; add a squeeze of lime to taste 3. Garnish with freshly sliced apple, and enjoy!

Kyoto Sour INGREDIENTS • 35ml Hibiki 12 years • 20ml Bols Elderflower Liqueur • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice • 12.5ml Ginger Cordial • 2 dashes orange Bitters Glassware: Rocks Ice: Cubed Garnish: Origami Animal
METHOD Shake all ingredients and double strain into a rocks glass full of cubed ice. Garnish and serve. Alcohol Units: 2 units

INGREDIENTS
• 50ml Highland Park 12 YO • 5 Lemon Wedges • 6-8 Mint leafs • 2 bar spoons Orange Marmalade Glassware: Rocks Ice: Crushed Garnish: Lemon Wedge & Mint Sprig
METHOD Take a clean glass. Muddle lemon wedges and marmalade. Add mint and Highland Park 12. Churn with crushed ice. Garnish and serve. Alcohol Units: 2 units

INGREDIENTS
• 50ml Jim Beam Apple • 2 dashes of Cherry Bitters • Top with Chilled Cider Glassware: Highball Ice: Cubed Garnish: Cherries
METHOD
Take a clean glass and fill to the top with cubed ice. Add Jim Beam Apple, Cherry Bitters and top up with Chilled Cider. Stir, garnish and serve. Alcohol Units: 2.5

Jerry and Ginger Beer Known by many as the ‘Jerry Mule’, this old-school classic is as tasty as it is simple.
INGREDIENTS • 1 part Sailor Jerry Spiced • 3 parts Ginger Beer • 2 Lime wedges
METHOD Fill a glass with ice and squeeze in two wedges of lime. Throw in a measure of Sailor Jerry and top with ginger beer. If you can’t get your hands on ginger beer, ginger ale will make a ‘Jerry Buck’ instead.

Hellfire INGREDIENTS • 1 part Sailor Jerry Spiced • 2 dashes hot sauce • ¼ of a fresh lime • Pilsner beer or favorite lager
METHOD Shake Sailor Jerry with lime and hot sauce, and strain into a beer glass full of ice. Top with beer and squeeze ‘n drop a lime wedge garnish * Top with ½ desired beer and ½ ginger beer (if available) for an extra kick.

The Himalayan Spritz
INGREDIENTS
• 25ml Snow Leopard • 25ml Aperol • 25ml Bols Cherry Brandy • Top with chilled Prosecco Glassware: Rocks Ice: Cubed Garnish: Orange Wedge
METHOD Build in Glass. Add ingredients to the glass with cubed ice and top with chilled Prosecco. Stir, garnish and serve. Alcohol Units: 2.5 units

Southern Comfort, Lemonade and Lime As original as you. As unique as you. And arguably tastes even better with a twist of lime than you do.
INGREDIENTS • 50ml of Southern Comfort • Lemonade • 2 lime wedges • Lime garnish
METHOD Fill a Southern Comfort Mason Jar with cubed ice. Pour in 50ml of Southern Comfort. Top with lemonade. Squeeze two lime wedges into the glass and discard. Finish with a lime garnish.

Southern Spiced Lemonade Life’s too comfortable to spend making difficult decisions. Smooth Southern Comfort meets delicately spiced rum, freshened up with lemonade and fresh limes
INGREDIENTS • 25ml of Southern Comfort • 12.5ml of Bacardi Oakheart • Lemonade • 2 lime wedges
METHOD Fill a hi-ball glass with cubed ice. Pour in 25ml of Southern Comfort. Add 12.5ml of Bacardi Oakheart. Top with lemonade. Finish with a lime garnish.

Southern Hurricane
Hurricanes are bad. Unless they’re in a glass with Southern Comfort, in which case they’re good. And especially when they’re this one. Then they’re astounding.
INGREDIENTS • 50ml Southern Comfort • 50ml Cranberry Juice • 50ml Orange Juice • 50ml Pineapple Juice • 10ml Grenadine
METHOD Fill a hurricane with fresh ice Pour ingredients in order into the glass Stir… it is called a Hurricane after all Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice

Louisiana Jam There’s a reason this is our signature cocktail. Fresh, sweet, and totally comfortable anywhere (even in a jam jar).
INGREDIENTS • 35ml of Southern Comfort • 8 mint leaves • 20ml of lemon juice • 20ml of apple juice • 15ml of sugar syrup • 2tsps of apricot jam • Lemon wedge
METHOD Crush 8 mint leaves in a jam jar and add 35ml Southern Comfort, 20ml lemon juice, 20ml apple juice, 15ml sugar syrup and 2tsps of apricot jam. Fill halfway with crushed ice, screw on the lid and shake. Finish with more crushed ice, a sprig of mint and a wedge of lemon.
