Do  You  Need  A  Hand?
Life Groups Helping People Grow
Many  believers  seem  to  forever  be  talking  about  what  they  will  or  won’t  do.   We  call  ourselves  followers  of  Christ,  yet  we  talk  about  His  will  for  us  as  if  it  is  op?onal‌as  if  it  really  is  something  we  can  take  or  leave. The  fact  of  the  maBer  is  God’s  will  is  not  op?onal.   It  will  liE  us  up  to  the  highest  possible  place  of  fruiFul  living  in  any  given  season  in  our  lives,  if  we  allow  God  to  place  us  there  by  His  hand. What  we  need  to  do  is  submit  to  God’s  mighty  hand,  to  trust  that  He  liEs  us  up  to  the  right  place,  at  the  right  ?me,  to  do  the  right  things,  with  the  right  people.   Whatever  God  liEs  you  up  to,  at  whatever  point  He  liEs  you  up,  will  be  a  privilege,  because  it  is  God  who  puts  you  there. The  mighty  hand  of  God  never  fails!   If  man  liEs  you  up,  man  will  eventually  let  you  down.   But  if  God  liEs  you  up,  He  is  able  to  keep  you  up!   When  God  puts  you  in  the  place  of  His  choosing,  only  He  can  take  you  out  of  that  place.   When  you  come  under  the  mighty  hand  of  God,  the  mighty  hand  of  God  comes  under  you.   The  hand  of  man  makes  promises,  but  they  are  promises  that  can’t  always  be  kept.   When  God  makes  a  promise,  He  is  able  to  deliver  on  it. So  do  not  submit  yourself  under  the  feeble  hand  of  man.   Submit  yourself  under  the  mighty  hand  of  God.   That  hand  will  never  allow  a  promise  He  has  made  to  you  to  be  broken.   As  you  learn  to  trust  that  hand,  dreams  and  visions  will  be  realized.   As  you  learn  to  trust  that  hand,  des?ny  will  be  fulďŹ lled.

 Some?mes  we  need  to  be  reminded  that  good  things  happen  in  community  that  cannot  happen  in  isola?on.   Chris?ans  need  rela?onships  to  grow;  we  develop  in  the  context  of  fellowship.
