CANCELLATIONS: For any cancellation made not less than seven (7) days prior to the conference, delegate will be given a credit note of 100% of the delegate fee which can be used in another Dainik Bhaskar Pvt Ltd Conference. The credit note will be valid till one year from the day of the conference against whose payment the credit has been issued. No credit will be issued for any cancellation taking place within 6 days (inclusive) of the conference.
PAYMENT: Payment of the full delegate fee is due 14 days after the invoice date, or immediately, if the registration is made within one month of the event. Our full bank account details are on the invoice. Please note your booking is valid only after full payment is received. We recommend you to check with your Finance Department that payment has been made before travelling to the conference.
EMERGENCY: If, for any reason, DAINIK BHASKAR PVT LTD. decides to cancel or postpone this conference and/or workshops, DAINIK BHASKAR PVT LTD. is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other travel costs incurred by the delegate. In case of cancellation or postponement, the fee qualifies for a credit note equal in value for any future event organized by DAINIK BHASKAR PVT LTD. All Intellectual Property Rights in all materials produced or distributed by DAINIK BHASKAR PVT LTD. in connection with this event is expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
