Hermon Park Fitness Center has a variety of fitness equipment available to give you a great workout! If you’re looking for a good workout at a low price, the Fitness Center at Hermon Park is the place to be! Mon-Fri 8:00 am-12:00 pm & 1:00 pm-9:00 pm Saturday 12:00 pm-4:00 pm Sunday Closed Fees: $2 daily $35 monthly 55 & Over: Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 12:00 pm 55 & Over Member: Free, 55 & Over Non-Member: $2

WORKOUT GUIDELINES

Following the Restore Illinois Plan from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity

• Equipment available for use by members will be separated 6 feet apart. • Members will be required to clean equipment using disinfecting wipes BEFORE and AFTER each use. • Hand sanitizer will be available. • Members must follow social distancing of 6 ft.

An aerobics class designed to help seniors and older adults maintain their cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility. Whether you’re a veteran or a newcomer, we welcome you to come enjoy the benefits of working out in a group with plenty of friendly fun.

HERMON PARK GAME NIGHT

SPADES, BID WIZ, DOMINOES, GIN AND CHECKERS

Are you sitting at home bored with nothing to do? Well, come out to Hermon Park adults only game night. Join us and play some bid wiz, spades, dominoes, gin or even checkers. We have the midweek relief you have been looking for. Bring your favorite card partner with you and we will see who is the better player. Refreshments are included.

STEPPERS DANCE CLASS

Stepping is a complex performance dance that incorporates folk traditions with popular culture dance and movements. The class will be taught by instructors who have 10+ years experience in teaching dance.
