GOGGLEWORKS SUMMER CAMPS ‘23 GOGGLEWORKS SUMMER CAMPS ‘23
COLOR ME!
Welcome to GoggleWorks Summer Camps! At GoggleWorks, campers will explore their creativity, push the boundaries of their artistic expression, and make new friends along the way!
Each camp is designed to find the perfect balance between artistic instruction, freedom to explore new and unique styles, and creating a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for campers to build lasting relationships along the way. We work with students from diverse backgrounds, and we approach each student as a unique individual - a pioneer of their own artistic form. Is your child hesitant to engage with art or unfamiliar faces? We’ll make sure they feel right at home in our studio spaces from day one!
“After much convincing that going to camp would be fun...we finally got my daughter to agree on half day camp with your facility. I’m happy to report that she LOVED IT! Loved it so much that we are looking to sign her up for another week this summer.” - Corinne D.
In GoggleWorks Summer Camps, each student is the captain of their own experience, with our professional studio artists acting as the guides through their creative journey. We use hands-on instruction and creative problem solving, blended with open discussion and constructive feedback with peers as part of the artistic process. For every child, we create unique interactions with art that will transform their life for years to come!
“Thank you so much for the opportunity to have Janelys attend the art camp. This morning she was not eager to go. She is very shy and quiet and by noon when I picked her off she was so happy. She said she made friends and loved the class. Thank you!”Anonymous
GoggleWorks has camps for a variety of ages and interests that can accommodate all skill levels! We have exploration camps that are perfect for beginners or experienced artists looking to broaden their horizons, and we have a variety of special-focus camps on topics including metals, digital art, animation, ceramics, glass, drawing, and painting that will leave any child feeling like an expert.
Take the next step in your child’s growth as they develop creative minds, build their artistic knowledge, and strengthen their social skills, by signing up for the journey of a lifetime with GoggleWorks Center for the Arts’ Summer Camps today!

FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMS
Are you an experienced high school artist looking for a career in the arts? Check out GoggleWorks’ Student Ambassador Fellowship and Music Fellowship Programs! These programs are designed to take High School Students specializing in the visual arts and musical arts, respectively, and pair them with a professional mentor for the summer at GoggleWorks Center for the Arts at no cost to them or their families. Students can be nominated for the fellowship program by a teacher or mentor via a submission form on GoggleWorks’ website.
Scan code to
The Student Ambassador Fellowship Program is an 8-week program over the summer where students are paired with a professional artist in a medium of their choice. Mentors are selected from professional artist-instructors working at GoggleWorks. With mentor guidance—including studio instruction, project guidance, and material research—each Fellow will develop their artistic skills and working knowledge of processes and materials within the medium/art of their choice. Students will work toward creating artwork for an end-ofsummer exhibition in GoggleWorks Schmidt Gallery.
The Music Fellowship Program is a student-run record label and master class intensive that guides students through the process of songwriting, music production, mixing, and mastering over 4 weeks. These students collaborate on the creation of an album, then learn the process of editing, finalizing, and promoting the project through guidance from guest speakers and our Recording Studio Manager. Students will work toward creating songs (collaboratively or individually) to be included in an album that will be produced by Pagoda City Recordings. Students will work towards an end-of-summer live performance at GoggleWorks Center for the Arts.
The deadline for recommendations is Friday, April 14th.
Nominated students will be contacted for interviews, with 6 students being selected for each program. Reach out to Alex Gordon at agordon@goggleworks.org with any questions!
