The Pagoda

Experience the “wonderful good” food of Shady Maple, one of the largest smorgasbords in Pennsylvania. Come see the sights and sounds of our Amish neighbors and enjoy deliciously authentic Pennsylvania Dutch cooking and favorite PA Dutch foods.

Two of our favorite group tour destinations, Koziar’s Christmas Village and Kutztown Folk Festival are ABA Top 100 Events 2015.

Travel Duryea Drive to the top of Mt. Penn to tour our beloved pagoda. Marvel at the spectacular views of our region while you learn the history of our iconic landmark.

Daniel Boone Homestead Located in Pennsylvania’s Oley Valley, visit Daniel Boone’s picturesque childhood home to understand daily life of early settlers. Handson activities, living-history demonstrations, historic tours and more make the site well worth the visit.

GoggleWorks Center for the Arts Make it an Artful Afternoon Experience at the GoggleWorks! This package includes a guided tour of the GoggleWorks, a hot glass demonstration and Musical Canvases, a two hour painting workshop. You can even add lunch or a wine and cheese pairing to this delightful itinerary.

In summer, bring your groups to the Kutztown Folk Festival, a celebration of PA German culture and the oldest folk life festival in the nation. Over 200 juried craftsmen, the world’s largest quilt sale and delicious food, make the festival a crowd favorite. In winter, your groups will love the holiday magic of Koziar’s Christmas Village. The ever-popular event has warmed its way into the Christmas traditions of visitors and locals alike with its kissing bridge, themed shops and incredible light displays.

Girlfriends Getaway Package Tours The original Girlfriends Getaway is even better. Work with our partner, Boscov’s Travel to build itineraries that will delight your customers. Add-ons include shows, seasonal events, restaurants and tours of the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts.

The homestead is the birthplace of this famous frontiersman and tells the story of his youth in Pennsylvania’s Oley Valley and illuminates the daily lives of the region’s 18th-century settlers.
