RETURNS: Our products are packed carefully and in undamaged condition when shipped. In the unlikely event of damage, all original packaging must be saved. No returns will be accepted unless accompanied by our authorization. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order for authorization to return defective goods or items shipped in error. No returns after 30 days. Returns subject to 15% restocking fee. BACKORDERS: All items not shipped are automatically backordered. Please specify if you wish differently. We will contact you prior to shipping all backorders over $100 MINIMUM ORDER: Since our low prices are based on volume orders, minimums are $250 for new orders and $100 for reorders. No orders under $100 will be accepted. SHIPPING: All orders are shipped FOB Miami via ground carrier unless otherwise requested.
