AUTUMN MARGARITA
Ingredients: • 30mL Cointreau • 50mL Tequila • 20mL Lime • 4 Fresh Strawberries • 1 bar spoon Sugar Syrup
Method
Rim the glass with some fleur de sel. Combine Cointreau, Tequila, lime and strawberries in a shaker with ice. Muddle it, shake it, strain it and serve it.
Tip: Garnish with mint sprig on the top of your glass to bring some freshness.
QUEEN BEE
Ingredients • 60ml Dubliner Whiskey and
Honeycomb Liqueur • 15ml Fresh lemon juice • 10ml Sugar syrup • 1 tsp Forest Berry Jam • 3 dashes of orange bitters • Garnish orange twist to add • Combine all ingredients and and shake with ice.
• Double strain into a chilled Martini glass • Add garnish and enjoy
THE DUBLIN MULE
Ingredients • 60ml Dubliner Whiskey and
Honeycomb Liqueur • 90ml Ginger Beer • 10ml Fresh lime juice • Lime wedges for garnish
Fill highball glass with fresh, chunky ice. Pour in Dubliner, fresh lime and top with ginger beer. Add lime wedges to garnish and stir.

Ingredients: • 75ml Beluga Noble • 15ml Dry Vermouth
• Green Olives
Method:
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker
Add ice and shake well
Pour into a chilled martini glass
Served in a Beluga Martini glass and garnish with green olives.

HOLIDAY MARGARITA
Ingredients: • 30mL Cointreau • 60mL Blanco Tequila • 30mL Fresh lime juice • 6 drops Aromatic Bitters
• Top with Rosemary Sprig
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice.
Shake and strain into a cinnamon sugar-rimmed coupe glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
BELUGA ROSE SOUR:

Ingredients: • 60ml Beluga Noble • 30ml Lemon Juice • 20ml Rose Syrup
• 30ml Egg White
Method: Pour all the ingredients into a shaker Add ice and shake well Strain back into the shaker Dry shake (no ice) Fine strain into a chilled martini glass Served in a Beluga Martini glass and garnished with mixed dried flowers.
