Women want to know.… Just Ask Rico -Columnist Rico Davis How can you tell if a man will marry you? Has he ever went 24hours without calling, texting, emailing or some type of communication from him? Did he ask you to meet his family and friends? Does he make love to you mentally, physically and emotionally? Does he tell you about his past without you asking? Does he open doors for you? Does he pull the chair out for you? Does he treat your kids like they are his own? Does he talk with you about his previous relationships? Is he willing to attend your church? Did he invite you to his church? Does he laugh at your jokes? Has he ever cook dinner or breakfast for you? Does he invite you Christmas parties, most importantly his job’s Christmas party? When he is in route to see you, does he ask if you need anything? Do he say I love you often? Do you guys still have date nights? If you can answer yes to more than half of these questions you are on the right path. Next ask him to go with you to the jewelry store so you can get some jewelry cleaner. While you are there show him the style wedding ring you like. *Congratulations on the wedding. Why do men Cheat on a good women? When I think of this topic I use the analogy of a speeding ticket. Men speed because they can. Men speed with the hopes of not getting caught. There are warning signs of speed limits, speed traps, and traffic lights. They are put in place so you don't break the law. U need a man that has a fast car, but doesn't need to speed because he has done that before. He can go 180 miles per hour on an open road if he wanted and knows he wouldn't get pulled over. But he's at the age where speed is not important. He wants to cruise take his time and enjoy this ride. Men cheat because they can. Most men don't realize what they have are how important what they have until after it’s 10 | P a g e
gone. Most men ego won't allow them to come back begging, but if given a second chance he will beg until he loses his voice. Keep your relationship like a cat and mouse. If you know you love that man and you know you are not going anywhere. Love him 100% but show him 80%. Every man loves a challenge and everyday he will look forward to getting that 20% he feel belongs to him. If he doesn't have nothing to look forward to challenge him he looks for challenges in other places. Keep your man on his toes, because if he gets too flat footed he gets complacent. It doesn't have anything to do with being a good woman. You give him power when he knows you’re not going anywhere. *If you’re not going anywhere, just don't let him know that. Who can go longer without sex men or women? Women can go longer without sex only if she is busy with life and family. If put in a situation where a man and a woman is completely naked on an island, the woman will be more incline to have sex before the man. Especially if that man has a chisel body with a six pack and that Vshape below the waste and well gifted below the belt. A real woman will take it from him. It’s nothing he will say or complain about. So don't always believe that myth it's not lady like. This is a new era we live in, get what you want. Close mouth don't get fed. A woman's body needs to be pleased. Now, a man has no problem taking charge. In most cases it's a man’s job to please a woman every time. If he is a real man he should not be happy until he knows she's happy first. For some men after one or two even three climaxes he is done. Knocked out and here comes the snoring. On the other hand very few women or done after one climax. Some women can go up to 18 climaxes, but with the right man. Most women can't go longer than 2 days without having sex or thinking about it. So if you take away the responsibility of a woman, men can go longer without having sex. Does size really matter? Some women prefer men in double digits rather than single digits. Some women still base everything on the old myth by asking a man what size do you wear in shoes
or can I see your hands. Because of that some men wear shoes that are too big. It's no different than a women wearing a padded bra. It's the illusion of what you really want. Some men walk around like they carry a flashlight in their front pocket at all times and they are some who carry a small lighter. You must find what works for you. Some men do have big hands with short fingers and some have big hands with long fingers. If you want the right man to satisfied your needs I would suggest you pick up a men's official basketball from a sporting store. It's 29.5 inch. Not the women's size basketball of 28.5 inch. These inches will make a difference. Keep that ball in the trunk of your car and the next time you meet that man ask him to pick the ball up with one hand off the ground. *If he can do this and alternate with each hand you found yourself a double digit keeper. Why are Women better communicators then men? Women are better at communicating, because it started for them at a very young age. When they were little girls still playing with doll babies at that moment they talk about building and remodeling the doll house. They already decided who will be the mother and father of the house. How many kids they will have and what time everyone will eat dinner and what time everyone goes to bed. They figured out at this moment what works and what doesn't work. While doing all this they are building relationships while communicating. Men on the other hand is still a work in progress every day. When we are young boys we can go outside and throw a football to another little boy for 2 hours. We don't talk about life we talk about who can throw the farthest who can or who can catch better. We would go home get something to eat and when finish, we would go outside looking for that friend to throw the football to. Sad part he is my friend and I don't even know his name. *But that is boys. Lady's we learn every day, work with us. Email us your questions for at justaskrico@gmail.com to see the answer in our next issue.

Woman of Success Texas Edition PR Rock Star: Sarni Jaye Conscious, compassionate, with a contact list to die for, PR/Brand Specialist Sarni Jaye helps people step into their own spotlight and shine The evening news flashes across the screen and in walks a trio of young women flanking award-winning musician Common. No, these aren’t groupies; these are the new professional and powerful Millennials staking their claim in society through intelligence, drive and wit. Among them, making sure everything goes smoothly, is the woman who coordinated the interview, Sarni Jaye. Jaye is one of the nation’s fast-emerging PR rock stars. Whether working with small-business startups or seasoned celebrities, she has been known for one thing—results. We see a celebrity on television charming the host; we attend a fabulous event that runs seamlessly; we follow a popular social media page that keeps us wanting more. We have all shared these experiences, but not many know that the wizard behind the curtain is often the publicist. The best PR experts aren’t in the business of being seen, however; that is their goal for their clients. They develop brands, book media interviews, form strategic connections, and make sure their client’s public reputation and image is managed well. A lot of glamour comes with the job, but so does a lot of work. Although Jaye deals with a wide range of clients from authors, to actors, to organizations, the strand that unifies them is their higher purpose. Her niche is conscious brands. Media can bombard us with negativity and fear, so she balances that out with positive stories. Jaye graduated from the nationally top-ranked Northwestern University and uses her journalism background combined with her master’s 15 | P a g e
degree training to help brands craft and tell their story to the masses. She is a part of a growing movement of brands dedicated to “conscious business”—they share the mission to engage in value-based, ethical practices. Paving the way are large corporations such as Starbucks, The Body Shop, and Whole Foods, as well as small boutique firms. Jaye based her company on this model because it aligns with her value system and attracts likeminded clients. “I have a heart to help and was in the social work field for a while. It was rewarding, but I realized a lot of people just didn’t want to grow,” Jaye said. “In PR and branding though, you deal daily with people who are passionate about life. It is so exciting to watch their dreams come alive.” Jaye attributes her work ethic to her family; she recalled seeing her grandfather helping out at his friend’s carwash at age 90. “Work—meaningful work that is—kept him here,” she said. In just one year, Jaye’s team coordinated media for Hollywood actor Romany Malco’s “Back to Baytown” motivational three-day event, coordinated local media for Common during his concert tour, and coordinated the event and media for stylist to the stars Tameka Raymond’s Style Theory tour date in Houston, among a list of other credits.
explained. “What message are they sending? Will it inspire people to be greater? Will it help the bullied little kid to have hope? That’s what really matters.” Jaye’s clients have been placed on major media outlets including Fox, CBS and ABC as well as in leading radio, TV, and magazine outlets. When asked for advice to entrepreneurs about the importance of public relations, she explained: “Billionaire Bill Gates was quoted as saying that if he was down to his last dollar he’d spend it on PR. That’s because media has the power to affect people—to make them think and act. The primary goal of PR is to build your recognition, reach and value, so indirectly it can help make a brand prosperous. Our dreams need capital to survive though; that’s the reality part of dreaming. So, spending money up front to help your brand make money isn’t a cost; it’s an investment. When you invest wisely you get a far greater return. Bill gets it—he’s the proof. And, yes, it is possible to be conscious and wealthy too by the way, let’s not get it confused (laughs). You can have, do, and be what you want in life. Believe it first, and then get a great support team to help you achieve it. This is your year to shine!” What’s next for Jaye? She is currently writing her book “Building Your Billionaire Brand” and looking forward to vacation overseas in her downtime. To find out more about expanding your brand and to connect with Sarni Jaye, visit sarnij.com.
“Anyone I choose to support through my services isn’t because of their status; it’s because of their purpose,” Jaye 16 | P a g e
