In general I’m not a big fan of casting with multipliers and that’s maybe also why I never became an enthusiastic jerkbait angler. With the new Effzett Hybrid Jerk this has changed! The original Pike Seducer has a safe place in my lure box for a long time. I was curious how the pike would react on the new Curl Tail version. Especially the Pike Seducer Curl Tail in the loose body version is an extremely versatile lure. It can be rigged the classic way with a jighead or weightless with a screw-in-system to be presented perfectly over water plants. The ready rigged version is perfectly balanced and suitable for casting and trolling. MAD® DOME MADTEXX Our flagship bivvy - the MAD® Dome Madtexx. This bivvy has certainly hit the ground running since being introduced to the market and it certainly did not surprise us. This bivvy comfortably stands toe to toe in the market against bivvies THREE TIMES its retail price in all aspects. Our unique and highly breathable Madtexx material boasts a huge Hydrostatic Head rating of over 15,000 and features a huge rear vent for increased airflow during the hottest months and reduced condensation during the cooler, wetter periods. A heavy duty groundsheet is included as standard and marries up perfectly with the metallic, multi-height pegging points that allow you to compensate for uneven ground and keep the skin nice and taut. The door system can be configured in a number of ways such as letterbox style, allowing you to keep an eye on the water while remaining fully covered against wind-driven rain. Each section of the front features integrated mosquito mesh panels to further improve airflow on those humid summer sessions and keep you off the mozzy’s menu. Thanks to the 2-point break of the twin rib design, the shelter breaks down extremely slim and compact, allowing it to fit easily into a quiver. MAD® DOME The standard model of the MAD® Dome has been designed with the budget-conscious angler in mind. Priced slightly lower, the standard MAD ® Dome still offers unbelievable value for money and punches weigh above its weight class in terms of design and functionality. We’ve used a highly durable 210D nylon that still holds an impressive Hydrostatic Head rating of 10,000mm. The material is slightly heavier than it’s Madtexx brother, but at just 6.6kg and 7.6kg for the one and two man models respectively, this bivvy still comes in at an incredibly light packdown weight. The groundsheet has also been changed to a lightweight PVC material to keep costs to an absolute minimum. Other than the material and groundsheet, the standard Dome is exactly the same as the Madtexx version, featuring a large rear vent, multiple pegging points, removeable front and an ultra-compact packdown profile, allowing it to be slipped into a quiver for those short day sessions or overnighters. The optional overwrap utilises the same durable 210D nylon material and adds an extra layer of insulation during the colder months as well as a further 2ft of cover to the front of the bivvy.

MAD® WINTER SKIN Winter skins suiting the new MAD® Domes. They are adaptable in height and offer extra protection in the winter or on longer sessions. Condensation is eliminated, isolation is improved and you even end up with extra space when using the winter skins. We´ve purposely made them in 210D nylon only, as in our opinion it doesn’t make much sense to use breathable material for winter skins. This lean mean transportation machine is the big brother of our extremely popular Car-Go barrow. Thanks to the tips of many MAD ® fans out there, we became aware of the fact that we needed an even more robust version with a heavy duty frame and bigger heavy duty wheel. The MAD® Transformer Barrow is equipped with a big tractor-like wheel with the enormous diameter of 45 cm and a dirt-buster profile of 12 mm high. Although we kept the basic design of the frame the same as the legendary Car-Go, we used reinforced steel to make it even stronger than it already was! Moreover, we added an innovative and unique quick-transformer feature, which enables you to fold the barrow flat by just pushing the front bar forward with your foot! This way it can also be turned into a flat barrow with the wheel positioned on the front, which enables you to manoeuvre a lot easier and quicker in times when you don’t have so much luggage with you. The Hi-Ts feature all standard functions you’d expect in a modern-day bite alarm and much more. MAD® CERTITUDE LANDING NET - QUICK-DRY RUBBERIZED MESH We often see rubberized mesh landing nets in match angling, predator fishing and even fly fishing; so why do we overlook the benefits of this design in carp fishing? Devastating diseases such as Koi Herpes Virus (KHV) are a growing threat to fisheries and are mainly transferred via angler’s equipment, notably landing nets that hold infected water from a previous water. Rubberized mesh holds no water and can be shook-dry instantly at the end of a session, thus eliminating the threat of transferring disease between fisheries and also eliminate any unpleasant odours, usually caused by decaying bacteria.
