Goldlink 52 cover

‘The hyperlocal and the global’ explores how Goldsmiths alumni, students and staff create change locally and globally through innovative ideas, practice and research while remaining rooted in their local communities. The cover was created by illustrator and Goldsmiths alumnus, Joshua Drewe.

The illustration depicts the skyline of New Cross, punctuated by the iconic Goldsmiths sculpture, with people, energy, and creativity spilling out into all corners of the world and was inspired by a quote in the magazine:

Goldsmiths is like a big laboratory of exciting ideas and creative practice, and you can see that this already spills beyonds the confines of the campus.
