Chicken Meatballs
1- lb Ground Chicken 1 to 1&1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs 1 Medium White Onion and 2-3 Cloves of Garlic
blended in the food processor
3/4 cup Pasta Sauce 1/2 cup Whole Milk 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese 1 teaspoon Onion Powder 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. In a large mixing bowl-combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly; get in there and use your hands to really make sure that it’s well combined. Add more bread crumbs if you feel your batter is too sticky-but some stickiness is good! Roll into 1-inch-thick balls, this recipe made 16 decent sized meatballs, but if you want them a little smaller I’m sure you can squeeze 20-22 out of it. Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes. Transfer the meatballs to your sauce and simmer for about 30 minutes. Make meatball grinders or serve with your choice of pasta. Enjoy!
