Strawberry Beignets

1 1/2 Cups Self Rising Flour 1-1 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Chopped Strawberries 2 Cups Oil, for Frying
Add all your ingredients together and use your hands to combine everything and form a dough. Once everything is fully combined dump onto a lightly floured surface and roll out dough roughly into the shape of a square. I was able to cut 16 beignets from this dough. Once oil is hot enough, between 325-350, fry for about 2 minutes total flipping throughout. Place them on a cooking rack and brush with honey water or cover in powdered sugar! Best served directly out of the fryer! Enjoy!
