Roasted Delicata Squash
2-3 Delicata Squash 6-8 Garlic cloves 3 Tbsp Olive oil Fresh Thyme Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 425F. Cut your squash into round pieces about an inch thick, toss in a bowl with olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Add to a baking sheet and cover with fresh thyme, roast for about 20 minutes and enjoy! Perfect for a new Thanksgiving side to try this year!
