GONZAGA ROWING

19 I St NW, Washington, DC 20001

Dear Friend of Gonzaga Rowing:

For 28 years, the Gonzaga Rowing Team has been a strong contender regionally, nationally, and internationally. What better way to celebrate and highlight these achievements and the team’s legacy than through our first annual Gonzaga Rowing Media Guide which will be available in both print and as an online e-pub. The Guide highlights the Gonzaga Rowing tradition, senior highlights, rower rosters, coaching staff bios, and alumni outreach opportunities. Print copies will be made available to all Gonzaga Rowing families both current and past as well as college recruiters.

We are reaching out to you with the hope that you will consider placing your advertisement in our Media Guide. The proceeds of this effort will help pay to produce the guide and help continue funding our program now and in the future.

More importantly, the Media Guide promotes the legacy and tireless commitment of our rowers, coaches, boosters, and families. Moving forward, we envision the Media Guide as a means for current and former rowers to connect and build our ever-growing community.

Below are possible and creative ways to advertise through the Media Guide:

● Get together with your fellow alumni rowers to create a collage to commemorate your memorable rowing experiences

● Business ads with a link to your website from the digital version and/or QR code from the print version

● Family and friends’ shout out to your rower for all their hard work

● A tribute to your senior for his years of rowing for Gonzaga

● Alumni parents to update the community on their rowers and offer encouragement

We will be more than happy to discuss options with you and help you design your ads.

Please send your ad copy to gonzagacrewmediaguide@gmail.com and make your payment by May 15, 2023. Should you need help with the layout, please indicate “ad copy help” in the subject line and then describe what you have in mind.

Sincerely,

Gonzaga Rowing Media Guide Committee
