The Penn Institute for Rehabilitation Medicine
The Penn Institute for Rehabilitation Medicine (Penn Rehab) is a 58-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, licensed to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and managed by Good Shepherd Penn Partners. Penn Rehab is located on the Penn Medicine Rittenhouse campus and provides care to individuals who have one or more conditions requiring intensive, interdisciplinary rehabilitation care. Penn Medicine provides attending physicians, consulting physicians, clinical nutritionists, neuropsychologists, and psychologists. Good Shepherd Penn Partners provides nursing, case management, therapy, and general administration. Our patients benefit from being under the care of an organization with more than 100 years of evidence-based rehabilitation care—one that is respected nationally for high-level research and clinical expertise.
