Crema di Vaniglia Vanilla Cream
Ingredients • 6 eggs • 100 g sugar • 1/2 L fresh cream • 1 sachet of powdered vanilla Heat the cream with the vanilla on a medium flame. In a bowl lightly beat the egg yolks and the sugar. When the cream is almost boiling add the sugar and egg mixture, and reduce the heat to a low flame. Keep mixing continuously until the creamy mixture reaches 95°C. Allow to cool slightly before using as a base for all types of desserts. Can be used also in the decoration of various tarts and cakes.
