To Whom It May Concern,
We hereby provide notice that Good Things Australia Pty Ltd (previously Promotive Group Pty Ltd) as trustee for the Promotive Unit Trust (Promotive Unit Trust) is undertaking an internal restructure of the ‘Good Things’ business.
Pursuant to this restructure, the ‘Good Things’ business and all its assets will be transferred from the Promotive Unit Trust to Good Things Australia Pty Ltd in its own capacity as a trading company on and from 30 June 2023.
Please note that this is onlyan internal restructure for the purpose of changing the trading entity of the business from a unit trust to a company and the ultimate owners of the business will remain the same.
We are informing you of this restructure as you are a key stakeholder of our business. Weiteratethisrestructurewillhavenoimpactonourbusinessrelationshiportheproducts and services we provide to our customers.
