2012 En tant que producteur de mobilier contemporain, nous sommes constamment à la recherche d’intérieurs qui mettront nos produits en avant de la plus belle des manières. Au cours de nos recherches, nous avons fait une belle rencontre en la personne de Luc Spits, architecte renommé de la province de Liège, et de son équipe. Grâce à son style et à ses nombreux projets d’exception, nous avons trouvé en lui, le partenaire idéal dans notre quête de localisations à la hauteur de nos espérances. Le bureau d’architecture partage nos valeurs, à savoir, le respect d’un travail bien réfléchi et bien exécuté ainsi que l’envie de trouver la solution la mieux adaptée pour répondre aux attentes de sa clientèle. Quatre réalisations du bureau d’architecture ont été retenues pour servir de magnifique cadre à la réalisation de ce présent catalogue.
Als Hersteller zeitgenössischer Möbel sind wir ständig auf der Suche nach Inneneinrichtungen, die unsere Produkte am schönsten in Szene setzen und voll zur Geltung bringen. Im Laufe unserer Recherchen machten wir die Bekanntschaft von Luc Spits, dem namhaften Architekten der Provinz Lüttich, und seines Teams. Dank seines Stils und seiner zahlreichen Vorzeigeprojekte haben wir in ihm den idealen Partner gefunden. Er hilft uns bei der Suche nach Örtlichkeiten, die unseren Erwartungen gerecht werden. Sein Architekturbüro teilt unsere Wertvorstellungen, d.h. Wertschätzung durchdachter und sauber ausgeführter Arbeit sowie den Willen, die am besten geeignete Lösung zu finden, um den Geschmack des Kunden zu treffen. Vier Realisationen des Architekturbüros wurden ausgewählt und bildeten den wunderbaren Rahmen für diese Kataloges

Tijdens onze zoektochten zijn we in contact gekomen met Luc Spits, een gerenommeerd architect uit de provincie Luik, en zijn team. Dankzij zijn stijl en zijn talloze uitzonderlijke projecten hebben wij in hem de ideale partner gevonden voor onze zoektocht naar locaties die aan al onze verwachtingen voldoen. Het architectenbureau deelt onze waarden, namelijk respect voor doordacht en correct uitgevoerd werk en de wil om de oplossing te vinden die het best aan de verwachtingen van de klanten beantwoordt. Er werden vier realisaties van het architectenbureau geselecteerd om te dienen als prachtig kader voor de realisatie van deze catalogus.
As a producer of contemporary furniture, we are constantly looking for interiors whichh will highlight our products in the best of ways. During our search we had the pleasure to encounter Luc Spits, a famous architect of the province Liège in Belgium. Thanks to his style and his numerous extraordinary projects, we found in him the perfect partner to deliver locations able to meet our expectations. Luc Spits’ architecture team and us share the same values: to respect each single work aiming to perfection and avoid any mistakes, getting satisfaction in finding the best solution to each one of our customer’s request, over and over again. Four magnificent projects from Luc Spits’ have been selected for our present 2012 collection photo-shooting.

Ce projet au caractère fort semble au premier abord intime et protégé. Or, une fois la façade à rue franchie, on découvre un large espace intérieur baigné de lumière et entièrement ouvert sur les campagnes voisines.
L’habitation fait cohabiter architecture contemporaine et traditionnelle. Malgré les façades et le système de toiture conventionnelle, elle présente de larges ouvertures sur les terrasses et jardin.

Sowohl die Architektur als auch die großen Räumlichkeiten erforderten eine genaue Volumetrie des Innenbereiches und machten es somit möglich, die Bedeutung dieser Bauart beim ersten Blick erfassen zu können.
Les aménagements intérieurs sont sobres et épurés. Ils mettent en valeur la force et la finesse des lignes architecturales dominantes. Aucun détail n’est laissé au hasard. Sans fioritures, l’architecture est subtilement appuyée par des jeux d’ombres et de lumières variant au fil de la journée. L’aménagement extérieur prolonge les lignes de force de l’architecture. Plan d’eau et éléments en béton entraînent le regard vers le jardin et les campagnes. Les limites entre intérieur et extérieur s’estompent. C’est là que naît la liberté.

Die Innenanlage ist sehr nüchtern und schlicht gehalten. Feine starke Linien prägen die Architektur dieses Gebäudes. Kein Detail wurde dem Zufall überlassen. Verzierungen spielen bei dieser Architektur keine Rolle. Vielmehr ist sie Ausdruck einer faszinierenden Abstimmung zwischen Licht und Schatten, welche sich im Laufe des Tages stetig wandeln.
Naast de architectuur van de gebouwen zelf, moest ook voor de grote ruimtes een precieze volumetrie gemaakt worden, voordat we met het eigenlijke werk konden beginnen.
Die Außenanlage stellt eine Erweiterung dieser von feinen Linien geprägten Architektur dar. Eine stilvolle, in Beton eingesetzte Wasserfläche verzaubert den Blick auf den dahinter liegenden Garten und die benachbarte Landschaft.
Mit Hilfe dieser Zustandserfassung konnten alle Innenbereiche eingerichtet werden, ohne den Charakter dieser zu verlieren.

Located
in the traditional Limburg in Belgium, we created different dwellings out of an old farmhouse with a main part in the back. Before getting started with the renovation, we had to do a volumetric analysis of the architecture of the building itself and its huge spaces. Only after that job, we could start making the interiors of the new dwellings without losing the character of the building itself.
Dit indrukwekkend project lijkt op het eerste gezicht heel intiem en beschermd, maar het binnen-grondstuk toont een fascinerend samenspel uit architectuur en lichtinval in het midden van een landelijke open omgeving. De binneninrichting is heel nuchter en eenvoudig gehouden. Dit is ook de sterkte van dit gebouw. Geen detail werd hier aan het toeval overgelaten. De architectuur is verder uitdruk van een fascinerende samenwerking uit licht en schaduw, die met het verloop van de dag steeds verandert. Het buitencomplex is ook afbeeld van fijne eenvoudige lijnen. Een waterbekken uit beton zorgt verder in de tuin voor een bijzondere sfeer.
At
first sight this project seems to be very intimate and protected. Somehow after crossing the street, once can discover in the inside of the court, a notable interaction of architecture and light incidence of this building in the heart of a rural open region.
Le volume épuré mêle les matériaux sobres, briques blanches et aluminium, conférant à la construction une sensation d’unité. L’utilisation du verre, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, engendre des jeux de lumière époustouflants. Les limites entre architecture et végétation sont supprimées. Des effets d’ombre et de clarté apparaissent, offrant une multitude d’ambiances au cours de la journée. A l’extérieur, un paresoleil en fins tubes blancs et un auvent filtrent les rayons du soleil.

Bauwesen ist eine Kombination aus zeitgenössischer und traditionsreicher Architektur. Neben der zunächst etwas gewöhnlich wirkenden Fassade und Bauweise, verbirgt sich hinter ihr eine große offene Fläche, welcher ein eindrucksvoller Terrassenbereich zum Vorschein bringt. Das Gebäude selbst ist eine Mischung aus schlichten Materialien, wie u.a. weißer Backstein, der in Kombination mit Aluminiumelementen, eine sensationelle ästhetische Einheit bildet. Die in den Bau integrierten Glasflächen, sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich, erzeugen darüber hinaus ein umwerfendes Lichtspiel. Dadurch ist es dem Architekten gelungen, dass die Grenzen zwischen Architektur und Natur beinahe nahtlos ineinander übergehen. Weiter bewirken die weiten Glasflächen ein Zusammenspiel aus Schatten und Helligkeit, welche je Tageszeit-und verlauf für ein besonderes Ambiente sorgen. Eine Sonnenblende aus dünnen weißen Rohren, sowie ein Vordach filtern die Sonnenstrahlen.
Dit gebouw is een combinatie uit hedendaagse en traditionele architectuur. Naast de op het eerste gezicht eenvoudig lijkende façade en bouwwijze, verstopt zich achter het gebouw een groot open terrein met een indrukwekkend terras.

Les deux volumes sont revêtus de toitures courbes en zinc, se prolongeant sur les façades. Un volume en verre, véritable trait d’union entre les deux bâtiments, donne à l’ensemble un aspect à la fois contemporain et très libre. La façade avant est très fermée, conservant l’intimité des lieux. À l’inverse, l’arrière est largement ouvert. Les limites entre nature et construction sont évincées, générant sensations de liberté, de pureté et de bien-être.
Dieses Bauwerk ist eines der ganz besonderen Art, allein schon, weil es sich inmitten einer Hügellandschaft befindet.
Beide Gebäudeeinheiten sind jeweils mit einem Kurven-Zinkdach überdeckt, welches die Fassade länger wirken lässt. Zwischen beiden Gebäuden befindet sich ein aus Glas konstruierter Bauteil, welcher als eine Art Verbindung zwischen den beiden Gebäuden dient und der gesamten Architektur einen zeitgenössischen freien Flair vermittelt. Auf diese Weise entsteht ein kontrastvolles Gesamtbild zwischen geschlossenem Bauwerk von außen betrachtet sowie weitgehend offene Sicht im Heck des Gebäudes.
Dit gebouw is een heel bijzondere architectonische constructie. Het is
alleen daardoor al bijzonder, omdat het in het midden van een groene omgeving staat. Verder bestaat het gebouw uit twee gebouwgedeeltes, die samen met een dak uit zink afgedekt zijn. Daardoor ziet het hele gebouw langer uit dan het eigenlijk is. Verder zijn de twee gedeeltes in het midden door een glazen gebouw met elkaar verbonden. Deze glazen verbinding geeft de gehele architectuur een bijzondere hedendaagse flair. Op deze manier ontstaat een contrastrijke constructie tussen een gesloten bouwwerk op de ene kant en een open glazen gebouw in het midden van de hele constructie.
Het gebouw zelf is een samenspel uit eenvoudige materialen zoals witte baksteen in combinatie met aluminiumelementen, welke samen een sensationele esthetische eenheid vormen.
This construction represents a very special architecture in the middle of the so typical countryside.
De in het gebouw geïntegreerde glasvlaktes in het binnen-en buitencomplex, creëren een fascinerend lichtspel. Op deze manier is het de architect gelukt de indruk te geven, dat hier de grenzen tussen natuur een architectuur bijna naadloos in elkaar overgaan.
Both volumes are underneath a twisting roof of zinc, which gives the impression that the facade is much longer than it actually is. A glass gallery perfectly connects both volumes together. Thanks to this gallery, the whole construction gets this special contemporary flair and interesting contrast: the front side looks rather closed and intimate, there where the backside is totally open.
Verder zorgen de glasvlaktes ervoor, dat er een samenspel tussen schaduw en lichtsterkte ontstaat, welke met de verloop van de dag steeds opnieuw veranderen.
The complex is rather sober and simple. One can feel the importance the architect attaches to strong and fine lines, that makes the variable dominance of this building. No detail was left to chance. Garnishments have no importance in that type of architecture. The subtle games of lights and shadows, changing along the day makes all the impression.
This house is the perfect marriage between modern and traditional. Despite a tradiotional front side and roof, the house generously offers great openings to the terrace and garden.
The external plant is the enhancement of those fine lines architecture. A stylish water plant bewitches the look of the garden and its surroundings.
The building itself, is a mix between simple materials, i.e. white bricks and aluminium elements generate this feeling of completeness.
Here again, all limits between nature and building have disappeared, leaving this great feeling of wellness and purity.
Using glass as well inside as outside, create amazing light shows. Again, the architect was able to make the barriers between in and outdoor fall.
