Reducing your cost... At Advasol Management, we focus on reducing your cost and reducing your waste. After all, you have paid for the waste you are throwing away and we believe you deserve some sort of return on it. We all need to recycle as much as possible. As you know there is only a limited amount of natural resources available in the world. However, what you may not know is that we have exploited most of them already!
What do I need to do? “Just because you don’t need it, doesn’t mean it has no use for it!”
We have invented technologies to help solve your organic waste problem. We give you tools to transform your waste into commodity. Then we purchase the recycled material, so that you do not have to spend time looking for what to do with recyclates. As a result you reduce your environmentally damaging activities, thus reducing your carbon footprint. So everybody is a winner!
Change : Think of your waste as resource

Tool : Our technology solution

It only takes a little more commitment from you towards your waste. It doesn’t take much of an effort to change the way you do things. We will then take care of the rest for you!
Organic waste to energy
Cost reduction technology
Food waste to fertiliser
Odour control
Then what happens?
We supply you with bins, training and install the technology. Then we maintain it for you. One of our engineers will visit you typically every 3 months to check and service the machine.
Results : Reduced cost, Reduced carbon footprint
Future Technology in Your Hand Today!
Waste to resources Our technology converts organic waste to useful products. There are number of solutions we offer, mostly they are tailored to meet your business needs. Typically your waste will consist of 75% organic. Usually they are sent to landfill, which emit environmentally damaging greenhouse gases such as methane. It causes foul smells, contaminates the ground and causes more harm than we know of. Sending your waste to landfill is the easiest thing to do, because we are merely sending our problem away. It does not solve it. However, we all have to take care of the environment we live in, if we don’t protect it then it will not protect us! Food waste

• Garden waste • Tree cutting/ leaves • Shrubs
What is organic waste? Organic waste is biodegradable waste, typically originating from plant or animal sources, which may be broken down by other living organisms. Few examples are given in the diagram below.

AdvaDIGESTER Converting food waste to matured fertiliser in just 3 days! We all produce food waste, but many of us don’t think about recycling it. Simply there hasn’t been a practical and suitable solution, until now. Our solution is simple. All you have to do is throw your food waste into our advaDIGESTER instead of the bin. It will shred and digest the material. In around 3 days it produces granular fertiliser, which we buy back from you.
Integrated System The system is configurable with integrated shredder and one-way material flow for meeting ABPR regulation.
Briquetting and Pelletising Press Converting dry organic waste to energy Some materials are recycled well nowadays, but dry organic waste such as wood waste, straw, etc., are not well recycled. We have developed solutions to change this. They are affordable, high quality, and complete technology packages. In addition to solving your organic waste problem we produce saleable by-products, which we buy from you!
Recyclates
The Process
Recyclates are materials recovered by recycling. Although we recommend producing fertiliser from your wet organic waste, variations of this technology produce:
The process of briquetting or pelletising is the transformation of physical loose raw materials into compactly compressed units. The form change increases the density of the material. Increasing its combustion efficiency as compared with loose dry material. It takes two simple steps:
• • • •
Organic granular fertiliser Combustible pellets for using with biomass boilers Animal feed meal Simple volume reduction
1. The compaction under pressure to reduce volume. 2. Formation of blocks and keeping it in the compressed state.
Typical biomass are:
Technical stuff Our digester is based on accelerated thermophilic aerobic digester (ATAD), which breaks down organic materials very quickly.
• Wood waste e.g. pallets,
This is first of its kind in the world and it makes recycling organic waste easier.
• Straw, husk, stalks
wood shavings • Tree cuttings, twigs, leaves, bark • Dry organic materials
How does it work?
The separated organic waste is first shredded and collected in homogenise tank. Then fed to our rotary reactor that produces granular fertiliser. The system is completely sealed and neatly packaged.

Reduced volume and weight Our digester reduces your organic waste weight by around 60% and volume by around 70%. Thus less is transported therefore, less carbon emission. We organise free collection service based on your requirements. Of course it is planned accordingly to avoid unnecessary trips. However, we are flexible to meet your business needs.

Instead of burning the rapidly diminishing fossil fuel, biomass boilers burn woodchip, pellets and briquettes. This produces heat for your central heating and hot water. For commercial applications we combine it with generator for producing power.
