R: PROTI DRSNE LASTNOSTI (DIN 51130) To je nemški standard, ki meri odpornost proti zdrsu talnih oblog za delovne prostore in področja dejavnosti z nevarnostjo zdrsa. Preskusna metoda vključuje drsenje na rampi nagnjeni pod različnimi koti. Klasifikacijski sistem za protizdrsne lastnosti je razdeljen na 5 ocen: R9, R10, R11, R12, R13.

A+B+C: DRSNOST NA MOKRI PODLAGI (DIN 51097): To je nemški standard za merjenje protidrsnih lastnosti na mokrih podlagah. Metoda preizkušanja vključuje bosonogo stopanje po rampi, ki je nagnjega pod različnimi koti, po njej pa teče voda. NAVODILA IN NASVETI • installation solutions and advice • verlegemöglichkeiten und empfehlungen • soluzioni e consigli di posa GLAZIRANE PORCELANSKE KERAMIČNE PLOŠČICE Izdelki iz porcelanskega polnega materiala so najbolj odporna rešitev, poznana v tehnologiji keramike do danes. Uporabljene so izbrane surovine in izredni tehnološki proizvodni procesi za doseganje trajnih keramičnih ploščic, idealnih za ekstremne aplikacije v vseh nastanitvah in v vseh vremenskih razmerah.

POLAGANJE Ploščice lahko položite bodisi s cementno malto ali z lepili. Svetujemo uporabo lepila za boljši oprijem med ploščicami in podlago. Pred vgradnjo keramičnih ploščic preverite kaliber, nianso in kakovost izdelka. Priporočljivo je, da se pri vgradnji vedno pomešajo keramične ploščice iz različnih škatel. Da preprečite neustrezen videz vgrajenih keramičnih ploščic, jih predhodno namestite na mesto vgradnje in jih vgradite le, če ste zadovoljni z nastalim vzorcem. Preberite opozorila na kartonski embalaži. Uporabite primerno orodje za vgradnjo keramičnih ploščic (zobato lopatico, belo gumijasto kladivce, klešče za keramične ploščice, gumijasto lopatico za fugiranje). Plast lepila ne sme biti debelejša od 5 mm. Da zagotovite pravilno vgradnjo, priporočamo uporabo vodne tehtnice. Strokovnjak za polaganje keramičnih ploščic mora izbrati ustrezno velikost fug, da se zagotovi ustrezna struktura vzorca znotraj dovoljenih dimenzijskih odstopanj. Gorenje Keramika priporoča vgradnjo keramičnih ploščic z minimalno fugo. Ne uporabljajte neobstojnih barvnih fugirnih mas ali barvil (topna v vodi). Takšni materiali lahko otežijo čiščenje vgrajenih keramičnih ploščic. Takoj po vgradnji keramičnih ploščic, preden se fugirna masa in lepilo zasušita, očistite površino keramičnih

GLAZED FINE PORCELAIN TILE (Porcelain Stoneware) Products in full-body porcelain stoneware are the most resistant solution known in ceramics technology to date. Only highly selected raw materials and extremely technological production processes to achieve ceramic tiles that are durable, ideal for extreme applications in any setting and in all weathers. LAYING The tiles can be layed either with cement mortar or with adhesives. We advise the laying with adhesives since a better adhesion between tile and ground can be obtained. Before installation, check the caliber, shade and quality of the tiles. For installation in one space, we recommend mixing of tiles from various boxes. In order to prevent unwanted appearance of the tile pattern, we recommend arranging the tile on the place of installation and proceeding with installation after the pattern meets your expectations. Read the warnings printed on the cardboard box. Use appropriate tool for installation of ceramic tiles (squarenotch trowel, white rubber mallet, tile nipper and rubber grout float). Make sure the surface on to which the tiles are installed, is flat, clean and protected against moisture. Pay special attention to selecting correct adhesive to be used (consult adhesive suppliers). Different type of ceramic tiles require different type of adhesive material. Apply the adhesive uniformly to the base, use smaller amounts. We recommend applying the adhesive on the bottom side of the tile through the entire surface of the tile. The adhesive layer must not be thicker than 5 mm. In order to assure proper installation, we recomend use of bubble level. Let a qualified tile installer to select proper dimension of the grouting between the tiles as to make sure the proper structure of the pattern is assured, within the dimension tolerances. Gorenje Keramika recommends installation of ceramic tiles with minimum grouting.Do not use coloured 103

ploščic z gobico in čisto vodo. Nikoli ne uporabljajte trdih materialov, s katerimi bi lahko poškodovali površino keramičnih ploščic (kovinske lopatice, abrazivna čistilna sredstva,...). Vedno upoštevajte pravila, ki jih priporoča proizvajalec lepila. FUGIRANJE Pred nanosom fugirne mase je treba počakati najmanj 24 ur od vgradnje keramičnih ploščic. Iz fug je treba očistiti vse ostanke lepila in ostalo umazanijo. Fugirna masa se nanaša s trdo, ostro, gumijasto lopatico za fugiranje. Fugirne linije je treba očistiti z vlažno gobo pred strditvijo fugirne mase. REKLAMACIJE Kupec je ob prevzemu dolžan preveriti ustreznost paketov. Za poškodovane izdelke, ki se poškodujejo med kasnejšim transportom ali pri nepravilnem rokovanju, ne priznavamo reklamacij. Reklamacije glede kakovosti, nianse ali neustreznih dimenzij mora kupec prijaviti pred vgradnjo. Reklamacija za vgrajene keramične ploščice se ne priznava, razen v primeru skritih napak na izdelku. Skrita napaka je napaka, ki se pokaže potem, ko je kupec prevzel izdelek in je z običajnim pregledom pri prevzemu ni bilo mogoče opaziti. V primeru, da ima izdelek skrito napako, lahko kupec reklamacijo prijavi v roku dveh mesecev od dneva, ko je bila napaka odkrita, oziroma v roku 2 let od dneva nakupa. Ob prijavi reklamacije je treba obvezno priložiti račun in kartonsko embalažo. Priporočamo, da kupec za primer reklamacije shrani vsaj eno keramično ploščico ter kartonsko embalažo. Kupcu se reklamacija ne prizna: če je nepravilnost na keramičnih ploščicah nastala zaradi njegovega neustreznega ravnanja; je keramične ploščice vgradila nestrokovna oseba; so bile keramične ploščice uporabljene na drug način, kot je njihov namen; niso bila upoštevana navodila in opozorila. OPOMBA Dejanski izgled keramičnih ploščic se lahko razlikuje od slik v tem katalogu. Ploščice, proizvedene s tehnologijo digitalnega dekoriranja, imajo različna lica. Kljub skrbnosti ne moremo zagotavljati, da objavljene tehnične informacije ne vsebuje 104

grouting material which are not water resistant (water soluble). Use of any such material may cause problems with cleaning. Immediately after installation of the tiles, before the grouting material and adhesive is hardened, clean the surface of the tiles with sponge and clean water. Do not use hard tools or abrasive material, which might cause damage to the surface of the tiles (metal trowel, abrasive cleaning agents...). Always follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the adhesive. GROUNTING Before application of grouting mix wait for minimum 24 hours after the installation of the tiles. Always cleanse the residues of the grouting mix and any other residues from the surface of the tiles. Apply the grouting mix using a solid, sharp rubber grouting trowel. Before the grouting mix solidifies, clean the grouts with damp cloth. COMPLAINTS Upon acceptance, the buyer must inspect the boxes. Any damages which might be caused during the transport or incorrect handling, can not be subject to complaints. Complaints concerning the quality, shades or inadequate dimensions must be made before the tiles are installed. No complaints whatsoever can be made once the tiles are installed, except in case of hidden defects. A hidden defect is a defect identified after the buyer accepted the product and which could not have been identified with standard inspection upon acceptance. In case of hidden defect, the buyer shall have the right to file the complaint within two months from the date of identifying the defect, or within 2 years after the date of purchase. Upon filing a complaint, an original invoice and factory packaging must be enclosed. We recommend to the buyer to save at least one piece of the tiles and cardboard box for the case of complaint. The complaint of the buyer shall not be considered legitimate in any of the following cases: If the defect/damage has been caused to the tile by the fault of the buyer’s mishandling; If the ceramic tiles were not installed by a qualified tile installer; If the ceramic tiles were used in a manner other than recommended; In case of failure to observe the provided instructions and warnings.
