Bacon wrapped potato wedges

INGREDIENTS:
• 400 g potatoes
• 200 g bacon
• sour cream dip
• salt
• pepper
METHOD:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal wedges. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry. Season them with salt and pepper by taste.
2. Wrap each potato wedge with a slice of bacon.
3. Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket.
4. Fry for 15 minutes at 200 °C.
5. Serve potatoes with sour cream sauce.
Roasted brussels sprouts salad
INGREDIENTS: METHOD:
• 500 g brussel sprouts
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 20 g grated parmesan
• 30 g pecans
• 100 g mayonnaise
• 1 garlic clove
1. Trim 500 g brussel sprouts and halve them lengthwise. Blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and let them steam dry.
2. Pour over 2 tbsp olive oil. Season them with ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp black pepper. Mix well.
3. Transfer the brussel sprouts into the air fryer basket
4. Fry at 200 °C for 10 minutes.
5. Halfway through add 20 g grated parmesan and shake/stir.
6. Mix 100 g mayonnaise with grated garlic clove.
7. Top brussel sprouts with pecans and garlic mayonnaise
8. Serve warm.
Sesame crusted
salmon
INGREDIENTS: METHOD:
• 400 g salmon fillet
• 1 egg white
• 2 tsp cornstarch
• sesame seeds
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 tsp grated ginger
• ½ tsp chili flakes
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• mixed green salad
1. Mix together egg white and cornstarch. Brush the skinless side of salmon with egg white mixture and dip it into sesame seeds.
2. Place the salmon filets into the air fryer basket.
3. Fry for 12 minutes at 190 °C.
4. In a small bowl mix together 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 grated garlic clove, 2 tsp grated ginger, ½ tsp chili flakes and 2 tbsp lime juice.
5. Serve sesame crusted salmon with green salad and spicy dressing.
