We have introduced our own toy brand specialising in fun wooden Role Play toys which has been a huge success. All the toys are manufactured locally, creating short lead times and low minimum order quantities. Terms and Conditions 1.
Minimum Orders and Carriages
All orders are to be sent to orders@greenowltoys.co.uk Please note of the minimum order quantity (moq). Please ensure all orders start from this minimum quantity. Minimum order quantity is £150 for which £10 delivery costs are charged. Carriage is paid on all orders above £200. All orders are binding. 2.
Backorders
Backorder will only be fulfilled at the specific request of the Customer (UK only) and when notified in writing. In the event that goods are in stock at the time of requested delivery, we will dispatch backorders with a minimum of £50 only, all subsequent balances will be automatically cancelled. 3.
Dispatch and delivery
Carriage is paid on all orders above £200 Delivery is made between 1 – 4 weeks. Every effort will be made to dispatch and deliver the Goods in a timely manner. 4.
Notice of Claims
The Customer shall inspect the Goods within 1 day of delivery. The Customer shall immediately notify the Company in writing of any alleged damage, defect, shortage or fault. In the absence of any notice being received, the goods shall be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order. 5.
Prices and Terms
All prices are exclusive of VAT, carriage and insurance. All goods are sold non-returnable. 6.
Title, catalogue descriptions and Legal
Title to the goods does not pass to the buyer until the invoice is paid in full. The seller reserves the right under this provision to enter the buyer’s premises to recover the goods. Applicable law of all transactions between the parties is UK law and any disputes arising shall be determined by the courts Bromley, England. Products may vary slightly in design and colour from the catalogue illustration and are subject to change without prior notice. We take great care to ensure that catalogue descriptions and illustrations are clear and accurate. All colours and sizes are approximate. 7.
Payments
First 3 orders are paid on proforma basis. 30 days term basis is applied thereafter. If orders are on term basis, each invoice must be paid off in full before the next order is dispatched. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cheque. Invoices will sent on the day of dispatch. 8.
