La principal inspiración para del Museo del Futuro fue crear una forma que represente la visión del futuro para los visitantes, donde el edificio físico con sus pisos de exhibición represente nuestra comprensión del «futuro» tal como lo conocemos hoy y durante los próximos 5 a 10 años. En contraste, el “vacío” representa lo que aún no sabemos, y que las personas que buscan lo desconocido continuarán innovando y descubriendo para ayudar a guiar a la humanidad hacia un futuro mejor.
