Lake Committee Meeting Report

Inspection teams have gone out several times on the water during the last few weeks, most recently on June 5. Overall, with numerous new houses being built and several old ones undergoing rehabs and other major improvements, the lake has never looked better. Thus far failure to properly display lot numbers on docks visible from the water is by far the biggest non-compliance item. Inspection teams have noted numerous new docks on the water and hardly any have lot numbers posted. Committee members support a new rule in handbook that would require putting lot numbers on new docks at the time they are built!
