Completed Activities:
Started first round meeting for Job List discussions.
Conducted Combined Meeting Presentation #3
Conducted meeting with Procurement & Warehouse #5.
Conducted TA Audit meeting #06.
Issuance of Package Contracts PRs (for Recurrent Services): Total 41 Nos of PRs been routed to Procurement and other 01 No. of PR is currently under signature/preparation
Issuance of Vendor (FSE) PRs: Total 38 Nos of PRs have been routed to Procurement and other 02 Nos. of PRs are currently under signature/preparation.
Issuance of Vendor (Spare Part) PRs: Total 15 Nos of PRs have been routed to Procurement, 11 Nos. of POs has been issued by Procurement and 04 Nos. of POs need to be issued by procurement.
Activities In Progress:
Major machines spare parts checking by vendor/OEM is in progress.
Issuance of TA Roadmap (Rev-04) is in progress
Material reservation for Inst/Elect/Civil static Eqpt/NRVs are in progress.
Issuance of Major Jobs bar charts (Rev-01) are in progress
Technical evaluation & issuance of final recommendation memos for package contracts services are in progress, 15 Nos of final recommendation memos have been issued to procurement and 01 No. of PO has been issued by Procurement.
Technical evaluation & issuance of final recommendation memos for vendor services (FSEs) are in progress, 13 Nos. of final recommendation memos have been issued to procurement
Material reservation for PM orders and CM orders are in progress, completed 96% and 75% respectively
Turnaround CM order assessment is in progress, completed 80%.
Updating the list of CAPEX and modifications for TA2025 are in progress Meetings with the Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Inspection team have been conducted and are ongoing We have achieved approximately 100% of our target
