ALUMINUM CLAD clad exterior; wood interior
Our aluminum clad line marries together cool, contemporary clad & classic, warm wood.
Our heavy duty extruded aluminum cladding is locally produced, & contains over 90% recycled material. The clad extrusions ventilate the exterior face of the wood sash and jamb, giving the necessary air flow to help prevent condensation and overheating. Our aluminum clad window muntin bars feature either simulated divided lites (SDL's) - ranging from 7/8" to 1 ¼" in widthor authentic, true divided lites (TDL's), measuring 2.25" in width. The aluminum sash joints are blind welded for strength and are seamless in appearance. The interior wood muntin grilles are “joint matched” for robustness and durability.
AVAILABLE PRODUCT & FINISH TYPES Our Aluminum Clad product line is offered in: direct set windows, casement windows, awning windows, tilt-turn windows, in-swing doors, out-swing doors, pivot doors, and lift & slide doors. The exterior cladding can be anodized or Kynar finished, and the interior wood can be painted, stained or simply primed.

GRABILL STEEL clad exterior; steel interior
Grabill Steel is a showstopping hybrid like you've never seen before.
Grabill Steel was custom designed to meet the architectural demands for monumental openings and curtain walls. The tubular steel interior system offers a choice of either an aluminum or bronze clad exterior. This product is thermally broken and is engineered to accommodate narrow frame details with large expanse glass. Our clad window muntin bars feature either simulated divided lites (SDL's) measuring 1" in width, or authentic, true divided lites (TDL's), measuring 2.25" in width. This product can easily integrate with Grabill's wood clad windows and doors, as they share the same exterior profiles.
