ORDERING

To access online shopping and view our products, you must have the password we provide to our active buyers. To gain access, please email us for the password if you are a current customer or fill out a form online to apply!

MINIMUM ORDERS

Opening order minimum: $250 | Reorder minimum: $150

MINIMUM CASE PACKS

All items have a minimum per SKU. They are listed throughout the catalog sheet and on shown on our website. Custom product minimums start at 2 case packs.

PRICING

Pricing may change without notice. All items must be sold keystone pricing - double the wholesale cost, at minimum.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at time of order placement. During trade shows and other high volume order times, we will wait to charge your card on file until we are ready for production. Production will not begin until payment is received. Freight charges are calculated based on weight and shipment location.

If there is custom art involved, the custom fees are due before any art is started. All custom charges are non-refundable, regardless if you decide to move forward with an order.

Net 30 terms are available upon request (after first order & with credit references) but excludes custom art/products. Payment not received by the due date will have late fees associated with final balance.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

If you do not see your city or would like to order a custom item, email wholesale@grainwell.com and we can create your hometown for you in any of the design styles we offer! There is an art set up fee for custom orders and is due at time of art. The fee varies per design/custom request, but typically ranges from $25$100 per design set up.

The art fee is non-refundable regardless if you decide to move forward with an order. Certain designs may have a minimum quantity. All custom products are final sale.

Some items do not require an art fee but a minimum of 2 case packs is required. View each product to determine the custom fees assoicatied.

BRANDING

We are an emerging brand and all merchandise must be sold as Grainwell®. All merchandise sold in store & displayed on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) must be visibly marked as Grainwell®. Do not remove tags & packaging.

ZIP CODE EXCLUSIVITY

Zip code protection is available upon request and subject to availability.

Zip code protected businesses must meet certain requirements. Zip code protection is only offered to businesses who operate within a brick or mortar store and order every 90 days (quarterly). After 90 days, if you do not reorder, you give up your protection and another retailer will be able to place an order. The zip code protection can be revoked without notice and other businesses within your zip code will be eligible to become wholesale vendors.

LEAD TIME

All our items are made to order and will have an approximate 2-5 week production time + ship. Custom items may have a longer lead-time.

Please note, q1 & q4 may be longer due to the high demand of the seasons. An approximate ship date will be given at time of order. Fees may apply for any rush orders (less than 2 week turnaround).

SHIPPING

Freight charges are added at time of order. Buyer is responsible for all shipping ad handling costs. Please note, we do not ship from the buyer’s accounts.

We ship all domestic via FedEx or UPS (whoever has the best rates) and we ship all orders to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS. Local pick up (Covington, KY 41011) is available upon request, a handling fee of up to 3% will apply for all pick up orders.

We currently ship to Canada via USPS. Freight on all other international orders is on a case-by-case basis. Please note, buyer is responsible for any applicable tariffs/duties.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Since all items are made to order, all sales are final. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

If you received a damaged or broken product, we will happily send you replacements or offer you a credit on the original form of payment if you send us appropriate information within 10 business days of receiving product. We require proof of damage and ask that you send us an image of the damaged merchandise before requesting replacements or credit.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
