Was wir wissen sollten Bitte informieren Sie unsere Mitarbeiter bei Ihrer Buchung über mögliche Kontraindikationen, beispielsweise über Schwangerschaft, Bluthochdruck oder Krankheiten, da manche Behandlungen für Ihren Zustand nicht geeignet sein könnten. Bekleidung Wir empfehlen Ihnen, im Bademantel zur Massage zu kommen. Im Poolbereich ist Schwimmkleidung vorgeschrieben. Vorbereitung Um entspannt Ihren Spa-Termin zu genießen, sollten Sie 15 Minuten vor Ihrem vereinbarten Termin zu uns kommen. Versäumte Behandlungszeit kann nicht angehängt werden. Vermeiden Sie ein bis zwei Stunden vor Ihrer Behandlung reichhaltige Mahlzeiten und alkoholische Getränke. Bitte duschen Sie immer vor Ihrem Spa-, Sauna- und Poolbesuch. Rasur Damen sollten sich vor einer Peelinganwendung nicht rasieren. Männern empfehlen wir, sich zwischen zwei und vier Stunden vor einer Gesichtsbehandlung zu rasieren. Ausruhen und Trinken Vermeiden Sie Aktivitäten direkt nach der Behandlung und trinken Sie genügend Tee oder Wasser. Ein halbstündiges Nachruhen nach der Behandlung empfiehlt sich. Edelsteinwasser und Aveda Comforting Tea stehen Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
Sauna Der Saunabereich ist als Ruhezone Erwachsenen vorbehalten. Kinder unter 14 Jahren nur in Begleitung Erwachsener. Der gesamte Saunabereich ist Nacktzone. Stornobedingungen Behandlungen können bis zu vier Stunden vor dem Termin kostenlos storniert werden. Danach verrechnen wir 50% des Behandlungspreises. To make your stay at our Green Spa as enjoyable as possible, we ask that you bear the following points in mind: Reservation in advance To ensure the availability of employees and a well-planned stay, you should book all your treatments before your arrival, if possible. The management cannot be held responsible for lost items. We ask that you turn off your mobile phone during your visit to the Green Spa. Shaving Women should not shave before any scrub treatments. We recommend that man shave between two and four hours before a facial.
Gift vouchers Our vouchers are a wonderful gift for special occasions and are available for treatments or in a specific amount at the spa reception desk.
Relaxation and hydration Avoid physical activity and drink plenty of tea or water directly after a treatment. We recommend relaxing for half an hour following your treatment. Mineral water and Aveda Comforting Tea are available free of charge.
Products for home use We offer a wide selection of products for home use at our spa boutique. Our employees would be happy to advise you on your purchase.
Sauna The sauna area is a relaxation zone and is therefore reserved for adults. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The entire sauna area is a clothing-optional zone.
