General Tips 1. Preheat the grill well to get the best grilling results. 2. Make sure at the beginning of the season that the gas hose is securely closed. Rub the hose and all connections with a soap solution. Turn the gas bottle valve open. If the hose is not tight or if a screw connection is not securely fastened this will create bubbles. 3. If you need some extra space for Christmas or an other event, the Grandhall outdoor kitchen is the perfect extension for your kitchen.

Ingredients: 1 chicken 1 can of beer or cola 1 packet of chicken spices Preparation: 1. Season the chicken with the chicken spices. 2. Drink half of the beer or cola. 3. Press the chicken over the can with the legs down. 4. Put in a Grandhall cast iron pan. If you don’t have one, you can put the chicken in a roasting tin. 5. Place in the pantry and bake/steam the chicken in ± 50 à 60 minutes at 200° C. It is important that you keep the lid closed as much as possible.
POTATOES Ingredients: 1 kilo potatoes (preferably roseval) Olive oil Sea salt Preparation: 1. Wash the potatoes. 2. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Cooking: 1. Add the potato wedges to the cast iron pan with the chicken ± 20 minutes before the chicken is ready. 2. Drizzle plenty of olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with sea salt.

CARROTS OR GREEN ASPARAGUS Ingredients: 1 bunch of carrots Olive oil Freshly ground pepper Sea salt Preparation: 1. Cut off most of the greenery from the carrots. 2. Wash the carrots well, to remove all sand. Cooking: 1. Place the carrots on the aluminium grill tray. 2. Sprinkle with olive oil and sea salt. 3. Place the grill tray on the grill grid and cook for ± 15 minutes.
Provencal marinated chops INGREDIENTS: Ingrediënten: 4 shoulder chops 2 dessertspoons Provencal herbs 2 teaspoons lemon juice 50 ml olive oil Spoonful of French mustard Preparation: 1. Mix the herbs, lemon juice, olive oil and the mustard to make a marinade. 2. Place the chops in the marinade and leave for at least 1 hour (preferably longer). Cooking: 1. Grill the chops on a low heat, turning regularly. Serving tip: You can replace the chops with lamb cutlets, for example.
