The Grapevine Chamber is operated by a Board of Directors made up of twenty-three Chamber members Nine members serve with three-year terms in three member cycles There are also four one-year appointments and seven ex-officio members. The Chairmanship rotation is a three-year term, so that the individuals appointed to serve as Chair-Elect, Chair and Immediate Past Chair will be able to fulfill their obligation. The CEO also serves on the Board as the Secretary
Those nominated will be presented at the October meeting of the Grapevine Chamber Board of Directors. These Board members and officers will begin to serve
In the selection process, the nominating committee reviewed the various events, activities and committees of the Chamber to find members who were involved in the organization's goals and activities, either through time, money or talents They also took into consideration those members who expressed interest in serving on the board and were committed to the time involved in this service to our Chamber and business community
Several names were presented to the nominating committee of members who were interested in serving on the Board as well as officer positions If you would like to be considered for a future board position, you are encouraged to:

The KL Scholarship Fund recently came underneath the umbrella of the Grapevine Chamber Women's Division, per the request of the Kathee Livengood Scholarship Fund founders We plan to work alongside this group of amazing women to continue the great mission of the KL Scholarship Fund.
Kathee Livengood was a successful Realtor but found the time to belong to, or support, almost every civic organization and “ cause ” in Grapevine. She was known as the Beer Diva for supervising the Chamber beer booths and she was the expert everyone went to for help with auctions She worked at every Main Street Days Festival and every GrapeFest until her death Over the years her passion for helping people was instrumental in raising thousands of dollars to assist the elderly and children through GRACE and the Women’s Division, people injured and those with disabilities through the Joey Wilkins Foundation and anyone who was touched by cancer by founding the Relay for Life event in Grapevine
After losing Kathee, Grapevine’s #1 volunteer, in May of 2012 and several of her friends wanted to find a special way to honor her It was the founder’s final
decision to provide financial assistance to women attending a trade or vocational school to further their education and redirect their lives, providing a better future for them and their children.
We feel confident that Kathee would be happy to know that the Women's Division will be stewarding the KL Scholarship Fund going forward. She is the only woman to have chaired the Women's Division three times, so it is an organization that was near and dear to her heart Things will look a little different this year, as we will not be having the traditional KL Birthday Bash We will have a dedicated KL Scholarship Fundraiser in February 2025, so please be on the lookout for more details We look forward to continuing the mission of providing scholarships to women in need
The Kathee Livengood Memorial Scholarship Fund is an integral part of the Grapevine Chamber Foundation which is a charitable organization recognized by the IRS as taxexempt under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code Contributions are tax-deductible as permitted by law
“We started Bohemian Bull Grapevine in July 2023 as a "little retirement project." The goal is to have something to pass along to our Children and Grandchildren. We are hoping that over time Bohemian Bull will become a go-to in Grapevine for families, businesses, and visitors who want to experience a casual, friendly atmosphere while enjoying the best Burgers in town and cold craft beers from local breweries.
