Confirm game times and sites with opponents each week for the upcoming week. Ensure schedule is up to date on RankOne

Submit all early releases to the athletic office prior to the first game of the season
Stay within the “Games Per Week” rule (see TAPPS)
Reschedule Procedure:
Communicate the change with athletic office immediately
Check with the athletic office for “blackout dates”
Confirm with opposing coaches
Confirm with official chapters
Put game in FMX
Update RankOne
Organize transportation (through athletic office)
Communicate any changes through appropriate communication channels G A M E D A Y
Coach of the last team of the night is responsible for locking up facility, including the tunnel gates, if applicable, and ensuring that proper clean up has occurred.
Report all District scores through RankOne.
This can be done through the RankOne app on your phone or on your computer. This is a TAPPS mandated requirement and must be done within 24 hours of the contest.
Report any ejection/unsportsmanlike conduct penalty from your team (coach or player) or your opponent to your Athletic Director immediately upon completion of your game. (See Section 3 for further clarification)
