Intro To Fitness Equipment

This introductory course will help people learn how to use basic fitness equipment: dumbbells, resistance bands, Swiss ball, BOSU balance trainers, and cable machines. The first class will focus on exercises using freestyle-type equipment ; the second class will focus on setting up and using cable machines. The class is designed to help you become comfortable using fitness room equipment on your own.

BODY SCULPT DROP IN

Body Sculpt is a 20-minute, strength training class that challenges your muscular endurance and increases strength by sculpting and toning your entire body utilizing weights and other equipment. Also, it staves off the risk of osteoporosis, boosts your immune system, and helps fast-track weight loss.
