Help us bring the sunset to life at our Grapevine Botanical Gardens listening to some of the best live music featuring class hits and more! Whether you're looking for relaxing family time or a sensational date night, bring your picnic blanket and your best dance moves! With over 3,000 patrons in attendance, this is the community's favorite night out in October! In-kind donations are also accepted.

This is everyone's most anticipated event of the year as the premier kick-off event for The Christmas Capital of Texas! With over 25,000 DFW patrons in attendance, this event helps you get into the Christmas spirit Rediscover the magic of Christmas as we illuminate Historic Downtown Grapevine with our annual street lighting and Christmas festival With a spectacle of lights and fireworks at City Hall, family friendly activities up and down main street as well as media coverage from the top five stations it is sure to not disappoint

THE REC OF GRAPEVINE
The REC of Grapevine is a crown jewel of the Grapevine Parks & Recreation Department, and it's easy to see why The facility has over 20,000 members and includes more than 7,000 square feet of fitness rooms, which include weight machines, treadmills, and regulation-size basketball and racquetball courts The REC also offers Personal Training and a wide variety of group exercise classes, as well as classes and programs for preschool through senior adults
The REC has a variety of opportunities to advertise your business including such as our REC Radio, which runs all year long, digital advertisements on our treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and various TV screens and posters around the building.
For $250 a month you can get all three

THE REC MEMBERSHIP APPRECIATION
Join approximately 2,500 of our closest REC member friends for a day of appreciating them for being apart of our community We provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for all members that day; as well as giveaways, free activities and t-shirt! We are looking for participants to have a booth or in-kind donations. This event happens the third Monday of April.

ATHLETICS
Grapevine Parks & Recreation has multiple award winning aquatic facilities throughout the city including the ever popular REC Aquatic Center which runs all year round, Dove Waterpark and Pleasant Glade Pool
Grapevine Aquatics has a variety of opportunities to advertise your business including such things as our Splash Radio which runs all summer long. As well as sponsorship of our Dove Waterpark, Pleasant Glade Pool signage or even our Fall aquatics event at The REC Aquatics Center. We would love to help you get your special messaging out to families all summer long!
ACTIVE ADULTS
Active Adults 55 & Better have plenty to do at The REC. We offer fitness, aquatic and general recreation classes, as well as health and nutrition education, and computer classes for over 400 participants a month.
Our Active Adults also enjoy daily hot lunches and complimentary transportation for Grapevine residents. Throughout the year we provide multiple events and programs for seniors where we would love in-kind donations to share with our seniors as prizes and so on. Those events include: Valentine's Day Party, Spring Casino Night, Mother's & Father's Day event, Halloween Bash, Veterans Day Celebration, the annual Christmas party for seniors and Noon Years Party. We have a variety of programs where you can help including providing prizes for Bingo and others below.

CLUB ALL-ACCESS
Club All-Access is our adaptive recreation program that was designed in an effort to create more special needs programming and provide inclusion to all in our community. This program is geared toward adults 18 years and older with special needs and is designed to bring out positive emotional, social, physical and cognitive changes in individuals with special needs Our motto is LIVING WITH NO LIMITS! Exploring talents, experiencing new opportunities and engaging with peers in a fun and safe environment.

Go Grapevine Magazine is all things Grapevine including all classes, programs and events offered by the parks and recreation department It is one of the top places our patrons get their information and is hand delivered to every household in Grapevine, Texas at no cost to the residents This distribution allows us to serve all 53,000 residents (approximately 25,000 households) We deliver three magazines a year during Spring, Summer and Fall Additionally, our digital flip book is interactive, allowing easy, one-click registration access to all to programs, events, and services. Our digital flip book has an average of 5,500 impressions, 4,500 reads, and 500+ click throughs
