Dear Readers, This issue marks the 1st anniversary of TMFT. This past year went fast and our success has exceeded our goals and aspirations beyond what we even thought was imaginable. Our real success lies beyond what is seen on these pages each month. It is our true work enjoyment and work ethic that our children see in us every day that gives us the greatest joy. Our kids have been the core behind making this publication even possible. As women running a family and balancing a start up company hasn't always been easy. Our children have believed in us and supported us We see their pride in us everyday We both feel our greatest joy comes from our children as look at us both and see first hand that dreams do come true and when there is a will there is a way. This lesson has enabled us to feel pride in ourselves and great accomplished as we exceeded of
our goals and became role models to our children. Parents, showing and modeling for your children that hard work pays beyond the paycheck itself is one of the greatest lessons you can teach your children. We dedicate this edition To our children. Thank you Jamie, Zachary, Mikey, Matthew and Dani for believing in us! It is only through the eyes of our children that we both were able to really see the lessons and gifts we have been blesses with over the past year. We hope that all our readers, supporters and friends will find this same joy in hard work and be able to do something they love everyday.

1 cup Butterscotch Chips 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) Chocolate Chips 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Butterscotch Fudge 1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil. 2. Place butterscotch chips and 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk in small microwave-safe bowl; set aside. 3. Place chocolate chips, remaining sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted. Stir in walnuts. Spread evenly in prepared pan. 4. Microwave butterscotch chip mixture at MEDIUM 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating until chips are melted. Spread evenly over chocolate layer. Refridgerate until firm. Remove from pan; place oncutting board. Peel off foil; cut into squares.
