The Brief Redesign and restructure the menu for the Hollands Garden Centre Cafe.

What I will change The first thing I needed to change was the structure of the menu. The menu they were using had a non linear structure which was confusing to read. The next thing I needed to change was the format, a lot of money was being wasted by printing A4, I planned on changing the menu to be A5 size.

Solution You can see the final menu design above. I cleaned up the layout, and format used. Reducing the menu to a 2 sided A5 document and a 2 colum layout. The content is in a much more linear fashion. Making the menu easier to use. Overall I simplified the layout, increased clarity, and reduce production cost. I would consider this a successful outcome and one which has benefitted the client greatly.
