Requirements also include experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, a high school diploma or GED, and abilities to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks.

Maintenance Technician II Semi-skilled trades maintenance worker needed to perform a variety of routine and minor maintenance, repair and construction tasks including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs and landscaping.
